Actually...My anatomy was really bad. I practiced a lot, but i didn't have anyone to teach me for art anatomy..So i started to watch pictures mostly from Hyung Tae-kim, Tetsuya Nomura and of course lotsa manga.
Since i never had the chance to learn art at school or anywhere else, I'm really happy when i finish a pic and think "Yeah that's what i wanted!" But most of the time i don't finish them... I'm too lazy xD

YES!!! They are two of the greatest artists out there!!! I mean, besides other famous manga/concept artists (I have many favorites myself).

But sometimes... Hyung's pictures just seems odd to me... I mean.. His characters r too muscular on the older pics, and some of the girls have OVERLY (yeah REALLY OVERLY) big or muscular legs and ..well their ***** r kinda OVERLY big on some drawings..xDD
Not to mention their breasts omg :D
Well still he's a pro. :)
About Tetsuya-sensei.. He's way surprisingly young to be such a famous character designer and artist.. I wanna be like him too one day :P

Thanks! Although I'm still trying to improve. I think mostly the skin of the dragons because I really want to put some scales on them, yet it looks ugly when I do.

Don't take the time to articulate each individually. Draw some in a general pattern over an area and create a smudging effect tapering off of what you have. When you look at something with scales, your brain doesn't look at each one seperately; it combines the entire image into a general form. Do the same on paper. Shade it accordingly.

Working on this one right now. I know, I know. It's Pokemon. Some of you probably hate the show and the characters in it. But I've drawn and colored this. It isn't completed yet though.

Nice Lugia :D You got the proportions dead right :O The shading style is also quite different from the blurred ones u used in the eariler stuff :O I cant help but keep thinking what it would look like if you Did blur it XD;

Finished the picture. I didn't make it as quite complex as I wanted it to be a few months ago because my inspiration ran away from me and I got really tired at coloring the picture. In the end, I just did a simple background. -_-

Heehee...I'm the sort to do each individual scale...I've done it before. It's that mindless tedium that I'm actually good at...Yeah trees and their many, many leaves.
