In a battle between homunculi...

Ok I'm not sure if a thread like this has been posted before or not, but I just had a stroke of genius when I thought of this idea. The other day a friend and I were argueing over which homunculi would win if they all went head to head in battle. My dear friend told me "Gluttony cause he would eat all them."

My vote for this would go to Envy. Even though I don't care for Envy that's who I'm voting for. Coming in second would be Lust.

Hmmm. I vote that the manga homunculi would win. The anime ones would be too emo and pathetic to fight. And as far as I’m concerned the anime homunculi have a stupid weakness. But in all seriousness I vote Manga Wrath would kill all the homunculi manga or anime, we all have seen how he completely kicked Greed’s ***.

...Wrath would beat the hell out of them if he could control his alchemy right, Can't kill Sloth since you can't kill a puddle, Envy by far has the most experience, Lust can slash through anything, Gluttony can devour everyone else if given the chance.

Greed wins, with enough money, he could probably ditch the fight by sending in his henchmen in as a distaction and run off.

You know when someone puts, "in all seriousness" that means all previous comments before are considered null and void. And besides I stand by what I say manga Wrath is the greatest. He stands before all homunculi in the manga or anime. He even beat anime Pride because he sucks.

Nope Envy isn't my favorite character OR favorite homunculi. Actually Roy Mustang is my fave character AND Lust is my favorite of the homunculi. ^_^

Greed is the coolest one. But I don't think anyone would win cause they would just keep getting up and fighting. Without the item that weakens them and the circle you can't kill them so.... I'm not sure.

Ok let me ask this. If you could pair up the homunculi for a tag team battle which two would you put head to head? Example: Lust/Envy vs. Wrath/Pride. Who would win also?

Ok I pair Pride/Lust vs. Wrath/Envy. I'd have to say Wrath/Envy would win that tag match hands down!

In this case Crow-kun is right, most characters manga counterparts are stronger. For example in the manga Envy can turn into a giant lizard and kicks the crap out of Ed. Gluttony's chest opens up to reveal a Eye like the one in the gate, and he sucks people up and throws them into another dimension.

For me right now its got to be manga Gluttony, iat one point his taking on Ling, Ed, Al, and Mustang all by himself.

Anime gluttony doesn't have the long range attack of manga Gluttony, so he would definatly be easy pickings for the other Homunculi.

It definately would be shorter, Stafal-chan. If they all had one of the others weaknesses. But they can only have one :P Which might make it harder somewhat. :)

At the end of the day, the battle falls down to intelligence. Any of the humongulus can pound on each other all day and all night, but they can all regenerate. The only thing that will ever stop the battle is being sealed or having your p. stones extracted. To do either of those, you need intelligence. GLUTONY IS ELMINATED. Wraith is too head strong and impulsive. He has what I call the Anakin effect where we have this all powerful being who seems to only be capable of losing his limbs or causing himself mass damage despite his potential. WRAITH IS ELIMINATED. In reality, the Anakin effect also kicks Envy out. All you need to destroy his battle concentration is to mention "that bastard's" name and he's not gonna be able to concentrate the way he really needs to. ENVY IS ELMINATED

Lust, Pride, Greed and Sloth remain. I'm not 100% sure how humongulus die. Does bringing them near their remains kill them or does it just weaken them so that you can do a transmutation, extract their p. stones and then destroy them? If it just weakens them... all the stupid people will die quickly. They'll score good hits that would kill a regular person 50x over... but don't even slow down an humongulus. Lust, Pride, Greed and Sloth are smart enough to realize this. They'll bring alchemist with them to the battle who can actually weaken the humongulus. Greed has the natural upper hand because he can do alchemy on his own. GREED IS ELIMINATED by Sloth, Pride and Lust. They will all see how much of a threat he is and will work together to take him out. Immediately after Greed is killed, Sloth knows to keep her distance from the Fuhror (cuz she's worked with him one on one for like the last 4 years) and always has her guard up. Lust will bask in the defeat of greed for a second or two... and thats all the time Pride needs to make short work of her, having seen all the possible outcomes of course. LUST IS ELIMINATED The final battle comes down between the Fuhror and Sloth. Personally, i'da loved to see Lust and Envy be the last two brawlers, but reality dictates otherwise. At the end of the day, i think the Fuhror can play the game better than anyone else. I say he takes it. PRIDE IS THE SOLE SURVIVOR
