ok.... it has a red head girl..... a cyborg...... tecticle.....action..... kindda like LA blue girl..... with kindda classic visual...... maybe mid 90s......or early 90s....

Can you crop the pic and post her face?

I'm tempted to say Beat Angel Escalayer because I think it has at least one tentacle scene in it and she's technically a cyborg, but that's probably much too recent.

Imma Youjo's "Making the Woman Perfect" does have a red-haired cyborg, but I don't recall tentacles.
