Who is the Coolest Baddie So Far?

OK, I have to admit to stealing this idea from somebody else, but it generated some heated debate as to who really is the coolest baddie.

I'm including Gaara - he who has since been Narutofied, for anyone who thinks his sheer cool badness factor still shines beyond being coverted!

I had to choose Sasori. His desire for immortality, his bloodlust and history with Village, and his "offensive armor", all combine to make him the coolest baddie.

WOW! That colouring of Kisame is amazing! Who did that? Now...Kisame is not the coolest baddie. I mean, what exactly is cool for? Apart from having sharp teeth. He's not even as powerful as Itachi and he admited he couldn't handle Jiriya on his own. Sorry. He's a million light years from being cool!

Naturally, the coolest baddie is Itachi. BUT I am AMAZED that no-one has said Kimmimaru!! WTF?! You guys choose Kisame over Kimmi?!?! WTF?!!?

I have often wondered about the signifiance of those lines...I don't think they serve to make him look bony or old, but weary. He once told Sasuke that being a genius was a burden, so I wonder if he isn't weighed down by his ambition and the lines represent that burden (much the same way Naruto's whiskers represent Kyuubi). I wonder if Sasuke will develop those lines?

I would have to go with Itachi because of his sheer ruthlessness. I dont understand how people can vote for gaara..he got pwnt by rock lee (my favorite character >_<) and he also cried when he got wounded by sasuke.....<_<

Noo...not disturbing...think of him as being just...different. You know, practically all the characters in Naruto have some sort of disturbing *cough* I mean 'different' quality, to the extent they could form their own Equal Opportunities Committee. :P

But what I like about Kimmi, I suppose, is his tragedy. He was an innocent who was badly dealt with by his own clan, and then badly exploited by Oro. The tragedy of his story is that as much as he idolised Oro for accepting him and making him feel loved and needed, in truth, Oro didn't give a sh*t about Kimmi. And Kimmi died not knowing that.

I can't decide if that was good or bad for Kimmi to die not knowing that. It's heartbreaking. Is it better to die knowing nobody loved you, or that at least one person did - even if it was a lie?

That's why he is a cherished character to me. ^_^

He also hasn't been Narutofied (unlike Gaara) and has not shown fear of Itachi or his own team (unlike Oro), hasn't put himself down in front of Itachi (unlike Kisame), hasn't been a complete dumbass and forgotten an important bingo book (unlike Kabuto) and hasn't been completely embarrassed by Itachi (unlike Sasuke).

I have actually read up to Ch 309 and seen up to episode 186... This is not a contest of strength it is your coolness factor, Plus Zabuza would have killed Kakashi if Naruto and Sasuke had not interfered...

All in all Zabuza is at least at the SAME level as Kakashi...

Still your forgetting about the first encounter Kakashi had with Zabuza... Zabuza had Kakashi's *** trapped and would have finished him if Naruto and Sasuke never interfered... lol...

one could reasonably state, that during kakashi vs zabuza fight, kakashi knew that he had slacked on his training for a while, so wanted to conserve his chakra so he could perform for the rest of his mission(which he ended up using too much and couldn't since he was barely able to move for a week).

but kakashi has been training again, even has some new skills ;-) he'd completely waste zabuza if they fought again! cuz if zabuza were to continue working for weaklings he'd never grow, and neither would his weapon.

I was wondering about the trap. Was Zabuza's hand in the ball of water or was it on the outside? If so could Kakashi have cut off his hand to disrupt the flow of chakra or something?

The hand was inside the ball of water. And Kakashi could not have cut it off because he could not move. Neji escaped it later by making his chakra explode out of himself through all of his "opening points". Maybe Kakshi could do something similar to releasing a lot of Chakra but I don't know.

Y'know...Gaara isn't really a villan...especially in Naruto II.

As Gaara and his siblings fled, Gaara openly apologized, which surprised them. The truth is, Gaara has a good heart, he's just lonely and depressed. Gaara later appeared as an ally after the Fifth Hokage asked them to assist the team sent to retrieve Uchiha Sasuke. Gaara arrived in time to rescue Rock Lee from Kaguya Kimimaro.
Naruto II arc:
He is still very confused about life, though he has taken a slightly more positive approach. Another big change in Gaara not meant to be overlooked is his personality. To his credit as a character, he no longer acts hostile when in the presence of others. He acts friendly towards his siblings, and he values other people's lives over his own. Gaara has become much more open, and he is willing to talk to others about his problems. He is still not the most warm and fuzzy, though compared to what he used to be, it is certainly an improvement.
After being captured, Shukaku was extracted from his body by the Akatsuki. This led to his death, but Chiyo was able to use her life-restoring technique, and Naruto gave her some of his chakra to perform the technique. It brought Gaara back to life at the cost of her own. It has been confirmed that he can still control sand to some extent, but it is unknown how strong his sand-based attacks are and if he still has his automatic defense. In the manga, Gaara now seems to have many admirers. Before Naruto left to go back home, he and Gaara finally shook hands symbolizing their friendship and Gaara's change in character.
Gaara sees Naruto as his best friend because Naruto was the first real friend Gaara ever made, and Naruto technically saved him twice. The first time was when Naruto defeated Gaara, and changed Gaara's entire outlook on life. The second time was when Naruto helped bring Gaara back to life after the demon was taken out of Gaara's body. It is emphasised when they finally shake each other's hand.

As for my favorites...probably Sasori or Kabuto. I :wub: them.

It was seen that Naruto killed Iruka's parents, but he never saw it this way and forgave him. When Garra killed his mother in birth although he didn't really do this his uncle didn't forgive him. And hence tried to kill him, on orders of their (earth shadow. Although if the third had been their equivalent of the hokage=fire shadow} then it would have been handled much better. Him not ordering his uncle to kill him, or the monster being put in him to begin with.

there were those losers in the Forest that got pwned by Shino's bugs, the genjutsu idiots who suck at taijutsu, Kabuto's crappy partners, the sound nin (in the chunnin prelims), and even the Sound five, to name a few.

I liked kabuto the most becasue for like what 3 years or more that hes taken the chunnin exam, hes been a spy the whole time. In the series hes the only one that really participates in any sort of espionage at all/ I mean crap he had info on all kinds of people. Plus he is a very good ninja, and was fighting pretty well against the third. She even akknowleged that his battle capabilities surpased her in her prime. Also hes one of the most cruel persons to naruto in the whole series and manga.

I hated all the villains except Zabuza and Kisame. Grrr...I just hated them all. I hope Itachi dies and Sasuke gets his *** beaten to a bloody stump. The only reason why I don't want Sasuke to die is because I don't want to hear Sakura cry for 10 episodes. -_- (I only watch the anime).
