Bella smiled. Then she hugged him tightly again. A low rumble in her stomach was heard.

[Tanbou-chan]

Chris laughed a bit, "Hungry?"

Blushing, Bella looks down. "A little bit."

(( Okay, I'm sorry for the wait...I'm really, really....exhausted. This is probably going to be bullsh|t, but I know I need to post. Sorry again. ))

Valentine looked toward Gitano for a moment in annoyance. Capricia stood up to greet her parents and nodded to her brother's statement.

"She's a mutt and has no respect for us."

"She was offended by your children's harsh way of speaking. Do forgive her."

He really had no idea what he was saying. It was a way to escape something bigger if he apologized for her actions. Hopefully, they wouldn't be upset.

Cyan nodded to Ario as she looked over the items. Shirt, pants, shoes, socks...that seemed like everything. Her eyes wandered back up to Ario.

"....Thanks..."

"I couldn't stop even if I wanted to."

Brendan stated in reference to the cigarrettes. Old habits die hard. Smoking and drinking. He'd been raised with it and that wasn't about to change.

"My brain is what I blame, but it's part of me...it's the messed up part..."

Andreea's words came out softly, almost in whispers.

[Blaze]

Kell bends down and he gives a light kiss on her cheek. "Well, I don't blame you... at all and I don't think that I need some one or thing to blame."

[Kimori]

The softness of Kell's lips on her cheek was comforting. Half of her didn't want to admit it, but the half that was 'in control' for the moment was willing to. Andreea smiled slightly at Kell, her lips curving at the corners.

"I'm glad..."

[Tanbou-chan]

"You should be able to control her Valentine, she is your patient after all," Annabelle coldly yet gently told the man.

Mika's hand shook slightly as the pen marks got darker on her lower right arm as she pressed harder.

"Of course," Ario responded with a very small smile as he led her back to the woman. There he paid for Cyan's items.

Susan laughed a little. "I have no problem with that."

"Let's get you something to eat then."

Bella smiles and she grabs his arm. "Are you going to eat with me?"

As Kell removed his lips from her soft cheek, he felt that she started to smile. He too smiled. This was the happiest that he has been in a long time.

[Kimori]

Valentine nodded to Annabelle slowly. This part he could not argue with. He moved away from the door to allow the couple to enter. Salvatorre waited for his wife to go in first.

"We should deduct something from you for your lack of responsbility, Valentine."

"I understand, Sir. I apologize."

The words burned Valentine. If he wanted to loose his job, he would be swearing right now. Though, he didn't want that.

Cyanide noticed the smile and gave a small one back as she followed him. She waited for the things to finish before she took her own bags. They were light in her opinion. Where were they heading now? Could she change first??

Brendan grinned a tad as he sat back in his seat.

Andreea knew this moment would not last forever. It might not even last that long. Still, she was happy to have it for now. Kell was different, even if she was still unsure about a lot of him. He just had to be different; better.

"Gladly," Chris responded with a smile of his own.

Mika felt the pen peirce her arm, not terribly deep but deep enough that it started bleeding. She had killed the bird, and now she had gotten Valentine in trouble.

Gitano grinned before shooting Mika a condescending look.

Annabelle stepped into the room, studying Mika now.

"Now, we can either go to the museum and you can change in their bathrooms or I'm sure Ana will let you change here if you wish." Ana gave a small nod.

"You should know me by now," Susan teased.

Kell then kisses her again on the lips.

Bella rests her head on Chris's arm. "Ok, lets go then?"

Valentine glanced to Mikaia as well. Immediately, a curse went off in his mind before he walked over to the girl. Hopefully the family had not noticed what he had; the wound. He leaned over Mika, his back to the family and covering Mika. In a whisper he spoke just loud enough for her to hear.

"Put down the pen. Open the top drawer, get out a bandaid, use it on that. I don't want you to hurt yourself. I'm fine, you'll be fine. This'll end soon enough."

Cyan stated as she looked to the bags.

Brendan stated as he pulled out another cigarrette.

Andreea was surprised by the kiss. Her hands fell away from her chin and fell against his legs softly.

Chris gave a small nod and began walking to the 'mess hall' as he liked to call it.

Mika studied Valentine for a minute before opening the top drawer, setting the pen down, pulling out the bandaid and covering the wound. She glanced down to her hands awkwardly, her cup was on the desk. It was her fault he was in trouble...

Annabelle watched with curiosity, it really seemed like something was going wrong over there but she leaved the question to merely linger in her mind.

Both Ana and Ario gave a small nod. Ario looked to the woman and she pointed in the direction of the changing rooms. "Just change there, I trust you both," she responded with a small and semi-hopeful smile.

Susan smirked. She was about to say 'what you see is what you get' but there were a few other sides of her that no one had seen, especially her coworkers.

[Blaze]

Kell continues to kiss her. His hands that were running through her hair not too long ago, was now lifting her head for easier access.

Bella smiled, "I havn't eaten for a while... I'm starving."

Valentine stood up straight and glanced around his office. He went to the other room and returned with three extra seats. Just in case the parents wanted their own and for his personal use. After setting the chairs down, he took a seat close to Mika.

Salvatorre took a seat in one of the chairs as well. He took his seat and glanced to his children. Caprice walked over to her father, smiled sweetly, then took her seat on the couch.

"Well, Valentine, tell us how work has been."

Cyan nodded to the woman. Why did she seem so happy? She slowly looked to Ario curiously before taking a few steps.

"Are you waiting here?"

Brendan had a feeling Susan was more complex then she let on. Though, Brendan was not very close to many of his co-workers. They simply knew he was German-proud. A grin went across his face before he put the unlit cigarrette to his lips and took hold of his lighter.

To obey Kell's hands, Andreea slipped her hands off his legs and pressed against the couch. In moments, she was sitting back on her knees next to Kell. Their lips locked, one of her hands rested on his arm.

[Blaze]

Kell allows one of his hands to slip lower to her neck and then lower to her waist. It doesn't budge from her waist.

Chris nodded, "Then we'll get you lots of food."

Mika silently stared at her bandaid as Annabelle awaited Valentine's response.

Bella kisses his cheek, "I hope that it isn't that crappy Mystery Meat Suprise... all it is is beef and beens."

"Work has been fine. I've been able to help Mikaia through a few things..."

Salvatorre nodded to Valentine and glanced toward Mika. His eyes wandered over the girl.

Cyan nodded slowly and glanced forward again. She looked toward the ground before she continued on her way.

The fire lit up the dim light around Brendan's face as he put it to his cigarrette. After clicking the lighter shut, he pulled the cigarrette away from his mouth and blew out the smoke.

Andreea was soft and slow about her actions. She was still so uncertain about all of this. Her lips gently fell away from Kell's as their kiss ended, her purple gaze opened once more. No words came to her mind, just the realization that her hands had slipped to his chest. Slowly, she went to remove them.

"Sorry..."

[Tanbou-chan]

"I can get you some good food," Chris remarked.

Mika nearly cringed at the thought but managed to refrain. Just... don't let them... talk to me... she pleaded in her mind.

Ario watched before looking to Ana.

Susan looked back to Brendan, the sight only seemed to fit.

Kell looks down and he touches one of her hands that was on his chest. He holds it there. "No... it's ok..." He squeezes her hand tight enough to let her know that he was defenately ok with this situation. He brings her hand up to his lips and he gives it a light and soft kiss.

Bella's face brightens up, "Are you serious? I can?"

[Kimori]

"Maybe we should talk to her about these 'things'."

"I would rather you didn't."

"Why not?"

Valentine hestitated on his answer. Why couldn't they just leave!? He glanced to Mika then back to Salvatorre.

Cyanide slipped into the room, pulling the door shut behind her. She glanced around the room, the mirror catching her attention. It had been years since she'd seen her reflection. They didn't allow her mirrors; mirrors meant glass and glass meant pain. Her eyes stayed on the picture in front of her.

I look...horrible...

Brendan had been staring off to the side as the smoke moved around his face. He barely caught Susan's gaze as he turned back. His hand which held the cigarrette lowered so the light was near the table. Though, his eyes remained on Susan.

Andreea seemed surprised by Kell's actions. Was this a trick? Still? But what if it wasn't? How could this work? Her mind raced yet again, she wished she wasn't thinking. Just long enough to take this moment in and find joy from it. She sighed softly and rested closer to Kell.

Chris laughed a bit and nodded, "I'm a doctor, you're my patient. If I say you need actual food, you need actual food."

Mika quickly looked to Valentine with an almost pleading look.

Ario held a semi-casual conversation with Ana, being sure not to give too much information up on Cyan.

Susan couldn't help but smile softly. He was perfect in this setting, absolutely gorgeous like this.

"She's not ready for that."

"I thought you had achieved something with her."

"Not that."

Cyan finally tore her eyes away from her appearance. The shadows near her eyes, the messy hair, the cracked lips...she hadn't been completely aware. She pulled the butterfly shirt on over her torso, followed by the pants and shoes.

"I doubt this'll help much..."

Her eyes went back to the mirror. Instead of 'ugly', she caught the sight of the flower. The blue petals resting in her hair from Ario...

"I guess I'm not so bad."

Brendan looked toward her lips, watching the smile. He lifted his gaze to Susan and gave his own smile. It wasn't certain in his mind what she was smiling about, but he knew what he had to smile for. It was Susan. They may just be starting out, but he could feel the emotions already. She was beautiful to him; in every way.

[Blaze]

Kell wraps his arms around her, holding her.

Bella smiles big, "Yay" She starts to spin in circles.

Chris laughed some more.

"See?" Annabelle shot at Valentine.

Susan wanted to say something, but at the same time it just didn't seem appropriate to her. What could be said at this moment?

Bella then starts to get dizzy. She stops spinning, and from the corner of her eye, she saw a droplet of blood on the floor. She stops in her tracks. Her eyes staring at the blood. She wanted it. She needed it. But Chris said that this was bad, right? She mentally faught with herself and she started to shake. Then her legs started to move towards the blood. No! Stop! Her legs weren't listening to her. Then again, from the corner of her eye, she saw Chris. Chris... She turned her body toward him and she start to walk towards him instead.

((y'know...I'm really sorry about this but...it does seem like I'm definitely dropping out of this...I haven't seen o-kun doing any posting and there's really nothing for my precious Amela to do. basically, if you need my character for anything (like a passing reference or an excuse to be somewhere else) you can use her or PM and tell me to react to something. Chris saw the blood and watched her. When she got back to him, he'd get her out of this area as soon as possible. The last thing she needed was to get the blood, and there were many reasons for that.

When Bella was with Chris, she fell into his arms. She whispered quietly, "That was hard." She was shaking violently from the resistance.

[Tanbou-chan]

"I'm proud of you," Chris responded.

[Blaze]

Bella smiles as she hugs him, "Really?"

Valentine almost cringed at Annabelle's word, his gaze returned to Mika. This was now up to her. She offered herself; there was nothing he could do to stop it.

"Fine, go ahead..."

Salvatorre smirked and turned his full attention to Mikaia. This should be more amusing.

"Tell us what your problem is."

Cyan brushed down her hair slightly, fixing her clothes in a few places. She sighed and exited the small room she'd been inside. Her hands rested in her pockets as she walked back over to Ario and the woman.

"Finished..."

Brendan suddenly felt he was getting to sentimental. He quickly shook his head and took another breath of smoke.

"How do you think the boss would react if he knew about us...or Annabelle for that matter?"

Andreea glanced up to Kell before resting her head against him. This was such a surprising event.

"How can this work...?"

It can't.

Her eyes widened for a moment, but she wouldn't let Kell see. She kept her face down, her hair hiding her eyes.

Kell cringes his eyebrows in confusion, "What do you mean?'

Mika paused, "Uh... I...I..." She paused again before, "I hear things... and I'm paranoid..." Her tone was unsure and she tried to make it sound, at least to her, like it wasn't an actual problem.

The two looked at Cyan and a small smile crept over Ario's face.

Susan laughed a little before thinking over the question, "Um... I honestly think that the two would only really care if it got in the way of work."

Bella looks at the blood again, "Can... can we get out of here?"

"You sound almost confused, Mikaia. What do your voices tell you?"

Valentine watched uncomfortably. He didn't like this, but he didn't have a say. Salvatorre simply continued with a calm voice.

"That sounds like the Baldasarres. I could say those nasty children would bother me about it though."

"How can...we work? Here, in this place...with m-...our problems."

Kell thinks for a moment, then he speaks, "I think that as long as we love eachother, everything else will just fall into place... we can make it work."

Mika paused. The whisperings had been floating around for awhile. "That I've been bad... who's lying... and... they don't like... you..." she honestly stated. "They don't... like Mr. Drach either... I don't really think they like anyone though..."

Chris stopped to open a door and held it for Bella.

Bella then let go of Chris's arm and she slowly walks through the door. She looks around, and she see's that there are some patients that she had never seen before, or at least they looked like patients... maybe they were visitors, or maybe they were just lost... she didn't really know nor care. As she walked, she felt thousands of stares melting her, and she seemed to cower back towards Chris.
