What happened to the paypal payment option? I no longer see it.

The PayPal option had to be removed. PayPal has a policy of not allowing PayPal to be used for purchases of adult material, and even though we had a 'no paypal allowed' disclaimer for the hentai, they froze our account. It was either drop PayPal or drop hentai. Paypal lost.

Hopefully this will be resolved inthe next 24 hours, and you'll still be able to send PayPal payments. Instead of using a PayPal option for payment while checking out, you'll have to use the 'Check/Money Order' option and then send the PayPal payment.

We still accept PayPal, we just can't put it on the checkout. Use the check/money order option when checking out, then send the PayPal payment to paypal@animenation.com.

Sorry forgot to update the thread sooner.

Yes, it all still works as before, it's just that's it's not up on the site info.

I thought PayPal rules say you are not allowed to sell hentai?

did they change this? 'cause i see the option still on the checkout

but I still see paypal as an option, and I wanted to know how since it was against paypal rules

and you'll still be able to send PayPal payments. Instead of using a PayPal option for payment while checking out, you'll have to use the 'Check/Money Order' option and then send the PayPal payment.

No, Haru!, you can checkout with Paypal normally without going to 'Check/Money Order' and then e-mailing payment.

I can't remember exactly how it works since I haven't used AN in a little while but I definitely didn't go into my paypal account to "send money" or whatever the option is.

Yesasia only allows you to buy non-porn stuff with paypal (it separates them out you see) and so I guess that AN must do it that way. If you buy hentai through paypal then you must have to do it with that other method.
