Kamijyo (Author of SDK,) has some very good art work, most of it comes from inside the manga. i should work with some of that.

I'm just curious. I was under the impression that we were supposed to use the default AN background for the banner. Obviously this isn't the case though, as the only banners that have been picked so far have been using Photoshop created backgrounds or just unextracted images slapped onto the banner behind the AN logo.

Is there a chance for banners with the default background? Or should I just go make a flashier background in Photoshop?

As long as the Logo is readable, and it Has something to do with what Animenation has in stock, i see no reason why you shouldn't mess with the back ground, as well as the logo itself.

It's just a matter of what we think works the best, what looks the best, etc. There's nothing stopping a banner with the blue background, it's just that there have been some really nice ones that used different backgrounds. <shrug> We're not really giving a lot of info, trying to leave it up to people so we don't deter the creativity. Don't want to mention 'well, we kind of like *this*", then have all the banners swing that direction. It's cool seeing ones that aren't what we normally would have thought of or come up with ourselves.

I will say it's cool seeing different things done with the 'O' (even though we don't pick based solely on that, obviously, since the current one is the standard logo.)

Oh, on the missing banners, they should all be there, but building that meant going through the thread and manually saving each one, so I may have missed some. Point me to the post number and I'll make sure they're included in the revision.
