It's a new year at Destiny High, and a whole flock of students has heard about this new and innovative school. You see at Destiny High, the motto is, "Every young mind is destined for greatness. We'll help you find yours.
What will this year hold for you? Horror, adventure, romance, mystery? You decide! The key to finding your destiny is to first realize you have one, then start on the path to seek it.

Okay. In this RPG, your character can be from any anime, manga, comic, movie, TV show, book, or anything! As stated, originals are welcome! You may have more than one character, but no more than three, please. Also, keep OOC speak to a minimum if possible. NO GODMODDING! BTW, this is a boarding school, but no male/female roomates please!

(First off, I'm going to base my character off Kaji from Evangelion, because I think he'd be a great teacher, but this isn't a 100% copy of the character)

Powers: Able to not only teach home room, but substitute for other teachers when they can't come in.
Subjects: Homeroom, Math
Bio: The "fun" teahcer at the school, Kaji is fun loving, and neither serious or oppressive. A very social person, Kaji insists on being somewhat involved in student's schemes, pranks, and whatever else those crazy kids come up with. He's not a very good teacher (Rumour has it that he got his PhD from some shady looking guys in the back of a van). However, the more serious students who actually want to learn don't like him too much.

Mayra also protects her friends with her martial arts when the situation calls for it (since life in Destiny High has never been known to be "peaceful"). Nobody knows anything about her past, however...or why she even decided to come to Destiny High.

But stricken over her mothers death, she desided to train and evetually went to Destiny High. She's completly dense, but not dumb, and also doesnt do all that well at school. Only thing she enjoys are Gym and Lunch. A little distant, but when you get to know her, is completly carefree and friendly.

Bio: Jack lived with a friend in his apartment, never knowing the friend was a shinigami until a car crash took his life. He wandered as a ghost for a short while until his friend found him and released him to Soul Society, after which he trained to become a Shinigami and return to Earth, inspired to become a symbol of hope and strength. He is well-meaning but tends to overdo things a little bit, and is a womanizer to the extreme. Fun is the name of his game.

Helena was nervous and excited. This was her first time at a real high school, and she hoped she wouldn't come off as a total dunce. She only had one real friend close to her age so far, and he was a boy, and she hoped he wouldn't stay just a friend for long. She was thinking of him, Valentine was his name, with a kind of dreamy expression on her face, not looking where she was going at all. As a result, she bumped into a rather tall man who was carrying a briefcase, and sent his briefcase flying of course. Helena snapped out of her trance and began apologizing at once.
"Oh, God! I'm so sorry are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine, no harm done, Miss..."
"Campbell. Helena Campbell."
"Helena. That's a pretty name."
"Thanks." Helena grinned. "Valentine says it's rather dull."
"Well, Valentine seems kinda rude then, doesn't he? Oh! I haven't even introduced myself. Where are my manners. I'm Mr. Timothy Noble, professor of English and literature." He offered her his hand, but she reddened and hid her face.
"Good Lord! My first day at high school and I hit a teacher? What an idiot!"
Tim laughed. "You're not fround around here are you, Helena?"
Helena reddened again. "No. I'm from England, and I've never even been to school before. Well, I've homeschooled, I'm not stupid, but we travel a lot and, well..."
Tim gathered up his things. "Don't worry. You'll be fine! Now, come on, we have to be at the orientation ceremony in the auditorium."
So they walked to the auditorium, where people had already begun to gather.

Kaji walked into the back of the auditorium and watched as students slowly dragged themselves in for orientation. Kaji stood near the rest of the teachers. "Another year, another batch of freshmen, aye?"

Tim ushered Helena into a seat and went to join the staff. "Hello, Kaji. Looks like we'll have a good group this year. Hope I do okay teaching them all."

A tall, black-haired girl walked into the auditorium for the orientation ceremony for yet another school year at Destiny High. She was carrying a bag across her shoulder and was wearing Destiny High's trademark navy uniform. Her eyes strayed over the scene as if it were dull and boring to her; school had never been one of her favorite things in life. She probably seemed like something of an enigma, and no one dared talk to her for that sole reason. This girl's name was Mayra Nanami.

As she walked through the large auditorium, Mayra scanned the rows and rows of teenagers standing within it; there were plenty of new faces this year. That was not a surprise, however, since Destiny High had been a prestigious school that everyone wanted to attend in the past few years. The school was known for the training it held for its students...in academics and...other areas as well. Teenagers came from all over the world seeking to learn to control their extraordinary powers...and Mayra was one of them. She came from a family who descended from a line of miko who had powers over spirits, yet Mayra seemed to possess no skills like those seen in her family. To try to awaken her latent abilities, Mayra came here...and here she was yet again for another year. What drama would come in this coming school year? Mayra didn't know...but, then again, no one else did either...

Helena saw a girl that seemed to be looking for a place to sit. She was nervous, but she wasn't going to make any friends if she didn't try, so she caught the girl's eye and smiled.

Kaji turned to Tim, "Yeah, it's gonna be a blast. Just roll with it." Kaji smirked and looked off into the crowd. "This is one of my favorite ceremonies at the school, I tell you what."

Not too much longer, a girl with dark blue hair comes up to the door of the auditorium. Sighing, she carefully grabs the handle of the dorrs and carefully opes them. She walked in and could immediatly feel that eyes were on her. Why Not? She was taller than most girls, she was wearing a uniform. The GUY's uniform, and had caused a few "accidents" at the school the year before.

Glancing around the crowded room, she didn't see anyone she knew. Anyone she knew that had been a friend. (Not like she had any) and sits down in the back of the auditorium. She sighs again and sits with her arms behind her head. Another year, another C.

While walking through rows and rows of students, Mayra noticed a girl who flashed a smile at her; it seemed like the girl was a freshman from the way she looked and how nervous she seemed. She looks like she could use a welcome, Mayra thought to herself. Returning the smile, Mayra then walked towards the girl and pointed to the empty seat next to her.

"Excuse me, but do you mind if I sit here?"

"Thank you. It's nice to meet you, Helena. My name's Mayra Nanami."

Timaeus came in running through the hallway. He thought he would have enough time to slay a nearby Hollow, but in fact it lasted until the beginning of school. Now, with his school uniform ragged and messed up, he raced to the auditorium, where the orientation ceremony took place.

Damn Kuro-baka... why did I agree to this...?

He sees that nearly all the seats are taken, so he sat on the floor all the way in the back, sighing in despair.

This is horrible... I can't see a thing through this crowd...

Odly enough, it's a floor seat odly close to Emiko. She glances over and stiffles a laugh.
She nods over to him. Sticking out her hand.

"Nice entrance man."

Timaeus sighed once again.

Please tell me I'm not late... there was a disturbance that I had to deal with, and I was in a hurry to get here...

With that said, he leaned against the back wall, looking out of breath.

"Hey, you should have seen me last year, I came in so fast that I knocked the door straight off the hinges!"

Reminds me of where I live. There's this one overzealous kid who's notorious for wrecking the place. I wish I could tell you all the things he did...

Maybe one day huh? Anyway, the names Tanizaki....Emiko Tanizaki."

Obviously Timaeus couldn't use his real name, for it would bring too much attention to him. Therefore, his mentor suggested using a fake name, the first name being a shortened version of his ral name, and his surname being his mentor's namesake in one of his favorite anime series.

"Tim? That name sounds familiar to me somehow....anyway. Nice to meet ya. So are you one of these people who has "speical powers" or are a normal kid?"

Timaeus jumped in surprise, for he didn't expect to hear people other than himself to have special powers in this school. He wondered whether or not he should be honest after all. After a few seconds of hesitation, he finally responded in a quiet voice.

Actually, Tim is short for Timaeus. I'm what's known as a shinigami...

"Emiko looks up with a face as if shes in deep though mixed with confusion.
"Nope, don't know what that is!"

Emiko looks raises her and a little and stares at it nonchelantly. All of a sudden small sparks of electricity begin to crakle on her hand. She smirks a little.
"Yeah....I'm what they call a volteon."

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus looked a bit shocked at the electricity coming from Eriko's hand, then calmed down a nanosecond later.

So you're one of the special powered people as well...

He then took out a bracelet with a small red orb attached to it and put it on his right wrist. After putting some of his spiritual energy into it, a small ball of white flames hovered by his palm.

This is a tool used by an ancient race. Some of the shinigami from the older days used these crystals, as well.

"Wow....that's really cool. Can you fight and stuff too? I know a lot of martial arts, but I don't use them. I think freestyle is the best..."

Emiko suddenly looks as if she said too much. She blushes and rubs the back of her head. "Heh, sorry. Most people are taken aback when I ask something like that..."

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus smiles at Emiko.

Not at all, Emiko. And to answer your question, yes, I can fight. I often fight bad spirits using my abilities...

Hawkins strolled in casually, straightening the tie on his uniform. He took a seat on the back and put his feet up on the desk casually.

"...hope I didn't miss anything."

Emiko looks shocked for a second. Emiko looks jealous.

"You're so lucky man! I've always wanted to fight things like that, but all there seems to be where I live are just creepy perverts and burglers. Although I did fight something like that once. It was like I was fighting a woman who was drenched in poison. She was all liquidy and stuff. But she ran before our fight was over. Are those the kinds of things you fight? Or are the spirits you fight a lot more complex?"

[Lord Timaeus]

Actually, these spirits' abilities vary, and they want nothing more than to devour every soul in sight. We shinigami call these spirits Hollows.

"Hollows? Do you think that's what I fought? It was weird becasue after I fought that monster, I didn't see anymore afterwards."

[ShonenGoku]

"Pleased to meet you Mayra. What year are you in? I'm a freshman. I hope everyone likes me!"
Tim laughed. "So what do you do to make sure your students like you?"

"I'm sure you will fit in, Helena. You seem to have a warm spirit that I'm sure everyone else will like. I'm a sophomore, by the way; the freshman and sophomores sometimes have classes together, so I expect we'll see each other quite often."

Mayra noticed that the more nervous Helena got, the more talkative she became. She couldn't help but smile a little at this tendency of Helena's.

"I expect we will, Helena. Even though this is your first school, I'm sure you'll be all right. The dorm rooms and roommates change every year, so I don't have a roommate yet; I expect we will be assigned to a dorm sometime after the orientation ceremony."

From her backpack, Mayra then pulled out a list pertaining to the schedule of the first day at Destiny High to see if she was correct in her assumption.

"Yes, it says the dorm rooms will be assigned after the orientation ceremony."

Emiko overhears Helena and Mayra talking about the dorms. She put her head back.

"New roomies huh? Hmm, wonder who mine will be, hope I get along with her better than my last one."

Kaji at last decided to sit down with the other teachers, and scanned the crowd for familiar students, as well as possible deliquents. At every Freshman year Kaji made his bonds with deliquents, that way to ensure he's involved in all the fun schemes and pranks. So far he's spotted several of the usual suspects, the willing stooge, the unwilling stooge (Also known as the guy who always ends up getting dragged along, just because), and even classic fall guy, someone with a good record, and in's with the council\principals, enough so they can take the full blast of the trouble and still come out clean. It seems like it'd be a good year at D.H.

As more and more students walked into the auditorium, Mayra could feel stronger auras entering with each passing student; her head felt like it was going to burst from feeling all this energy. How odd it was to be able to feel auras yet not have one of her own...

Mayra noticed, however, that more students had enrolled this year...and that meant the orientation ceremony would take longer. Mayra hoped that she'd be able to get out of this aura-filled room soon...She felt smothered under all this extreme power.

"Augh...I want this ceremony to be over and done with..."

As Kaji watches the students, he notices a girl that seems somewhat disoriented. Kaji stood up, stepped off the stage and walked up to her. "You feelin' sick or sometin?" he asked Mayra.

Mayra looked up at the teacher and shook her head.

"No, not at all. I supposed the crowd of students was getting to me, that's all."

Mayra then managed to give a convincing smile despite the headache she suddenly felt.

"Hmm." Kaji said, "If you need, I can let you go outside or to the nurse office or somethin' if you need some fresh air."

Emiko watched the girl's confrontation with the teacher. Emiko could hit it, but something was strange about this girl. She seemd normal enough, but she just felt like there was this weird energy radiating from her. Emiko could only wonder how powerful she may be, although she seemed normal enough, it didnt look like she was a fighter or anything. But in the wordsof her mother "Never underestimate your enemy." She may have not looked like much, but Emiko was sure that if Mayra got into a sticky situation, she would be the one left standing.

((I' gotta go for a bit, gimmie like 30 min. Man this is fun.))

Mayra stood up and bowed to the teacher.

"Thank you very much."

Mayra then walked towards the nearest doors to go outside.

Once she was outside, Mayra felt the headache going away; her head suddenly felt light again. Why did she have to experience this everytime she was in a group that had strong auras? She found it as puzzling as when she found out she had no miko powers of her own...

Kaji bummed around for a bit around the students, before eventually deciding to go back and sit with the other teachers. He decided the best thing he could do to kill time before the ceremony was just to wait it out.

Helena got up and followed Mayra outside, worried. "Are you all right?" Helena removed her juggling balls and began juggling. It always helped her relieve stress.

Tracey Jeffries was a girl with her own set of priorites. She like to do things in her own time and in her own way. Unfortunately, this predicament wasn't exactly going her way. The whole thought of being in that auditorium in that moment simply pissed her off. She sat in a chair, leaning on the back two legs and using her toes as extra support, wondering how long it would take before it was all over and she could go sleep or...something other than whatever was going on right now. She wasn't even completely sure of what that was, but she didn't really care.

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus was just plain bored of the ceremony. Apart from learning there were others with special powers, nothing interesting happened. So he leaned against the wall, as the only thing preventing him from sleeping is O-Zone's 'Dragostea Din Tei' playing in the background.

Note to self: kill Gary Brolsma for Numa Numa fad...

Emiko was also bored to death. She opened her black school bag and pulled out a bento box filled with fried chicken and rice. She gobbled it down. She looked down at Tim.

"Want some?"

[max payne]

Max was running toward the school, he was already late...

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus kept against the wall, looking toward Emiko.

I'm not hungry... but I would like to know whose idea it was to play a fad song in an orientation ceremony...

[max payne]

The school was almost in sight..
*goes into bullet time*
"I aint gonna be late..."

Emiko snickered. "The headmasters probably. Trying to be with the "teen crowd." She finished off her bento. "Crap, I'm still hungry. I hope we get out of here soon some I can get some more food....and maybe some sleep. Listening to this is making me really sleepy."

*runs through the door of the school and goes into orientation ceremony*
"$hit whats this racket!"

Emiko hears that and busts out laughing.

[max payne]

"errr, why is everyone in the same room, and why THE HELL is this song playing..."

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus sighed.

I almost wish a Hollow would show up. At least it will give me something to do...

As the song shifted from O-Zone to Gwen Stafani's 'Hollaback Girl', Timaeus groaned even more.

You know, I only learn these fads from the mentor at my place, and NONE of them are what this poser calls 'bananas'...

Emiko stands up and streches.

"Alright, I'm done with this. Those girls who left had the right idea. It's not like I'm gonna miss anything."

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus finally stood up and headed out the door.

After the flurry of Pop Songs, Kaji rushed the sound control table and pulled the plug. "Damn kids and their damn music!"

Emiko winces her eyes when she steps outside.

"Woah, it's really bright outside. Although I'd rather be out here than in there. A nice day like this should go wasted."

[max payne]

"I rushed here for nothing?!" *walks out*

*walks outside and sits by a tree* "this is stupid..." *starts twirling an ingram round finger*

Mayra could hear music blaring all of a sudden from the auditorium, but she didn't take notice of it. She slumped down to the ground and leaned her head against the wall. She didn't want to go back into that auditorium...

And then Mayra suddenly felt two stronger auras coming towards the exit of the auditorium...

"somethings wrong..."

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus, after having left the ceremony, went to his dorm room. It comprised of only a twin bed, a desk with a PC, a wardrobe, and a window with a view of the school.

What a dump... at least don't have to suffer stupid fad songs...

He then laid down on the bed and fell asleep.

She looks in front of her and see a guy sitting at a tree. She notices a serious look on his face. "I wonder if the guys alright...."

[max payne]

*see's visions* "urgh, get out of my head..."

Mayra looked up and saw two people in the distance: a girl wearing a boys' uniform and a boy sitting up in a tree. Maya felt two strong auras radiating from them; she then stood up and wondered if perhaps there was something strange going on...Even with two such strong auras around, she wasn't getting a painful headache like usual.

Emiko see that the guy looks in pain. She sprints over to the guy. She carefully hits him on the shoulder, as to not reveal much of her hidden strength.

"Hey? You alright?"

Mayra then saw the boy going into convulsions...and the other girl ran to help him. Mayra also wondered what was going on, so she ran to the tree to see if she could do anything to help...

Once she reached the two, Mayra looked worriedly at the boy. She then turned towards the other girl.

"He looks like he's having a seizure..."

Emiko looks over to the shorter girl.

"I have no idea! He looked he was in pain so I just came over here!"

Emiko grips his shoulders and shakes him softly.

"Cmon, are you alright? Can you say something?"

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus, although trying to stay asleep, couldn't help but notice the strange soul energy he keeps sensing. He then tried to ignore it and went back to sleep, while still being cautious.

[max payne]

max... max.... maaax.... *falls out of tree* "huh?"

Mayra stared at the boy. Maybe he was having a brain defunction from all the auras radiating in this school? If that was true...could he also sense and measure auras like she could?

Mayra whispered a miko spell that she had memorized and took the boy's hand. With this spell, she had helped his convulsions a bit...but he was still twitching slightly.

The boy then fell unconscious and began to fall out of the tree...

"Emiko looks relieved when the guy comes out of it. She gives a broad grin.

"Aw man, though we lost ya there!"

Emiko reaches a hand out. "Need some help?"

Mayra also looked relieved...even though she still wondered what the boy's convulsions meant.

As the boy came to, Mayra sighed and said, "If you're still not feeling well, you should go to the nurse's office; they can administer healing magic which will help you far better than I could."

"MONA!" *sits up* "huh, err, yeah i'm fine..."

"She's right, you should go to the nurse. Wan't us to help you?"

Emiko glanced and silently asked if she would be okay with helping him out.

Mayra raised an eyebrow at the boy's reaction. She then asked, "Do you happen to know what caused those convulsions of yours, by any chance?"

[max payne]

"I don't need the nurse, thank you..." *stands up and walks away* "what is happening, these aren't my memories..."

Emiko raises an eyebrow also.

"Uhh,...your welcome!" Emiko calls after him.

Mayra stared at the boy as he began walking away. She then said loud enough for him to hear...

"I see...so you don't need any help with that spirit possessing you?"

Mayra had sensed something wrong with the boy's spiritual structure...but she had only shrugged it off at the time. Now she was sure of it...the boy was possessed by a spirit he couldn't control.

[The Crow]

(Holy crap but you guys got ahead of me)

Mal was late as usual, and noticed a couple of girls gathered around a guy who looked like he'd just fallen out of a tree. He recoginzed Max, Mayra, and Emiko.

Mal: Hey ya'll. What'd I miss? You okay Max?

[max payne]

"I apologize..." max calls back *stops* "who are you..."

Mayra stared at the boy and his slightly puzzled look at her comment. She then smiled.

"You know, don't you? The spirit possessing you doesn't intend to let you live; you should get it extinguished as soon as possible."

Emiko notices Mal comming toward her and Mayra. This guy... she thought.

"He seemed to be possesed by something."

Timaeus woke up suddenly, as he sensed a huge amount of soul energy coming from outside.

That better not be what I think it is...

He then took a piece of candy from his backpack and swallowed it whole, causing his soul to come out of his body. He is now dressed in a black kimono with white socks and light brown sandals, and is carrying a katana with a dark red hilt. After sensing the surge of soul energy again, he jumped out the window, landed on the ground, and ran toward the soul energy.

Mal: Possesed? You mean like Exorist crap?

...
Huh. That's messed up. So... how'd the summer go?

[max payne]

"something's wrong..." *hand strays over ingram*

((Crap, I sence a fight scene. God I'm obsessed, I'ma comming back.))

Emiko noticed Tim running off in the field. She looked to Mel and Mayla. "Gotta Go."

Is he leaving to go fight one of those hollow things?

Emiko began to chase after him. She noticed his diffrent atire and the large sword in his hand.

"Something serious is gonna happen, and I wanna be there to see it."

[max payne]

*visions* "grrr....." *kneels down* "Something is nearby..."

[Lord Timaeus]

Once Timaeus reached his destination, his worst fears have realized. From the corner of the auditorium stood a massive Hollow, not more than 8 feet high, with a gray snake-like body and a white mask adorned with a blood red skull symbol on its forehead.

Damn...

[VidelCoolGirl]

Emiko was almost to where Tim was when she noticed the giant monster. She srinted up to Tim. "Holy crap! Is that one of those hollow things?"

[max payne]

*goes to hollow* "Is this what it is?" *visions become stronger*

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus didn't even look toward Emiko, as he was focused on the Hollow.

Yes, that's a Hollow, and it looks like a nasty one.

He then took his sword, as the Hollow began to slither swiftly onto Timaeus. Timaeus dodged the attack, then pointed his zanpakuto toward the Hollow.

RISE, AKATSUKI!

Suddenly the blade of his sword disappeared, and was replaced with a blade made of white flames. He then extended his blade and wrapped it around the Hollow's neck.

[max payne]

"no it's not the hollow it's him..." thought Max as he watched...

Emiko Grinned.

"Need some help?" Emiko then spread her lags apart on the ground and began to close her eyes in focus. Electicity bolts began to crackle around her and suddenly Emiko's body was complety coverd in electricity. She then stood fully up and began to let the electricity surge over her.

"Because I can help if you need it."

[max payne]

max... confess.. you killed her... "grrr..." *draws ingram and peppers the hollow*

[Takumi]

Jack strolled in, hair poofy and tangled from sleeping. He yawned loudly, stretched, then took a look at the scene before him. "I think he's got this under control...I'll just watch."

[Lord Timaeus]

As Timaeus latched onto the Hollow with his sword, the Hollow's sharp tail rose up and impaled Timaeus in the left knee. He groaned in pain, as he fell to the floor.

I'm not done yet...

He extended his sword again and shot it right through the Hollow's mask. It wailed, then disappeared into shadow as Timaeus breathed heavily in pain.

[Takumi]

Jack yawned again and sat down on his bed. "I knew I shouldn't have jumped up for that..." He shut his eyes.

"zzz...."

[VidelCoolGirl]

Emiko let the electricity stop moving around her. She went up to Timaeus.

"You should have let me help you. Are you okay?" Emiko takes out a hankercheif out of her pocket and moves to wrap up Tim's knee.

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus was still breathing heavily.

Sorry, Emiko. I guess I should have let you help, but I guess my duty got the better of me. I'm fine now...

Emiko stands up after she finshes wrapping his leg.

"Don't worry about it, just be careful next time. Can you stand up?"

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus gets up, shaking a little.

I'll be more careful. Thanks, Emiko.

[Takumi]

((I need to go for a little while))

Emiko scratches the back of her head. She laughs a bit. "No problem." She then feels her stomach growling.

"Hey, you wanna go see if they have food yet?"

[max payne]

"tch..." *leaves and goes to dorm* "it's him..."

[Lord Timaeus]

Actually, Eriko, I'm feeling tired. I have to get back in my body and sleep.

With that said, Timaeus went back into his dorm room.

Emiko watched Timaeus leave. She gave an exasperated sigh. "Dang, got all worked up to fight over nothing...Hmmm, maybe I'll just see if they have food." And with that Emiko left toward the school building.

Kaji walks out of the auditorium and asks "What happened here?"

Emiko looked up to the man. She recognized him from the auditorium. He must have been one of the teachers. Emiko wasn't sure how he'd react over Tim fighitng a monster. Luckily, she thought up a lie quick.

"I was a little bored, me and this guy Tim just had a quick spar. No big deal."

[max payne]

Max lay on his bed and thought things over, if he was going to find out more about this Tim, he would have to do it descreetly... "I will find out who this guy is..."

"Hmm." Kaji said, "Don't forget to go get asigned to a dorm, the sooner ya show up, the closer to the main buildin' you get, then you won't have to walk as far."

With that said, Kaji left to go into the main school building

Emiko cocked an eyebrow.

"I don't mind walking, but I guess If I want a good room, I should go grab one. Hope the teacher believed me, don't want to get expelled or anything in the first week."

Emiko continued on toward the Main Building. Once inside, the smell of food hit her nose. Her mouth already began to water. Food, or room....Food or room...as usual, food always wins the fight... and Emiko went the opposite way from the room regestration, and went into the cafeteria.

[max payne]

"hmmm is this dorm even mine?" wondered Max "what do I care, it's mine now..."

[Takumi]

A lancing pain in his gut shocked Jack awake. He sat up and clutched his stomach, groaning. "Ohh, the pain!" He rememember he hadn't eaten all day. "Oh...my...God....must intake sustenance! Body...weakening!"

Jack got up and stumbled outside, still melodramatically holding his gut as if he'd been shot. He looked up at a sign on the wall. "Cafeteria...hm." He made a heroic pose. "I shall explore the subterranean, ghastly depths of this dining area!"

With that, he sauntered off. In a short while, he found himself in the school Cafeteria. He took a deep, long sniff of the air. "Hmmmnn...not bad at all. I hope the food is as good as it smells...which would be a first," he mused.

Emiko, just as the man came in, carried two large trays filled with noodles and rice and many appitizers grins widely as she moves to a table and sits down. "Alright! The food looks so good!" Emiko grabbed her chopsticks and began to inhale the food.

I'm hungry, Max decided to go down to the cafeteria

[Takumi]

Jack stumbled up to the counter, gasping out, "Sashimi. Now. Please."
In a matter of minutes, a huge tray of the delicacy, and a vial of Soy Sauce was shoved out towards our brave hero, who was staving off hunger only barely. He took his tray and a pair of hashi and sat down in front of the strange girl, who was eating so rapidly her utensils were a blur. He began to scarf down the sashimi, liberally applying Soy Sauce.

Emiko, to busy with her food didnt notice for a minute that a man had sat down across from her. Once she was finished with the large bowl. She glanced up and saw the guy eating just had fast as she had been.

Now Emiko, never backing down from a challenge, no matter how small, grabbed her next bowl of food and began to scarf it down at the same speed.

"what the hell is this food?"
"it's Sashimi..." said the cafetria person
"errr ok... i'll have that then I geuss..."
he walked over to an empty table, he saw that girl who thought he was having a seziure and eating really fast.
"man, why did I sign up here?"

[Takumi]

Jack had little wish to seem out of place, so he started eating even faster, chopsticks becoming a blur. This must be how they all eat around here...sweet, he thought.

Emiko grabbed her last bowl of food. This guy sure eats fast.... She continued to eat at tremendous speeds, noticing the guy who seemed to be having the seizures at another table.

"this food is terrible..."
He rumagged around in his pocket until he found a candy bar, which he ate

Jack hastily ate his last piece of sushi, gulped down a glass of water, and leaned back, sated. It had taken the edge off his hunger and given him ewnergy, but he felt like eating a little more. He held off, though. He didn't want to seem piggish. Crossing his legs, he patiently watched the girl in front of him inhale her food at a rapid speed.

Emiko notices the guy is done with his food already. A little disapointed she didnt finish first, she puts the bowl down on the table, still eating, and reaches a hand out toward the man. "Emiko...," she says with a full mouth.

[Takumi]

Jack took her hand in a firm grip. "Name of Jack Hawkins. Pleased to meet you and such. How about you finish eating, then we can talk s'more?" He let go.

[VidelCoolGirl]

"Hmm?" Smiko then noticed she was still eating. "Oh!" She swallowed the rest of the food. She grinned at Jack. "Heh, the foods really good here, better than I can cook, I sorta get absorbed." Emiko looked over and called at Max, who was sitting still alone at another table. "Oh, Hey?! You okay after earlier?"

[Takumi]

Jack nodded. "Best Sashimi I ever ate recently. So what are we up to today?"

[VidelCoolGirl]

Emiko looked back in Jack's direction. "Uhhh..." Emiko nodded her head up in thought. "Oh, I have to get a room, and then I don't know what's goin on after that. I just wanna know when classes and stuff are gonna start. I can't sit still for long. I get to restless."

[max payne]

I better get a dorm then thought max he stood up threw away the food and left toward the area to get dorms

[Takumi]

"Hey, come on! Don't just throw away food like that!" Jack yelled after Max.

Emiko noticed the guy leave without saying anything. That guy's weird.... Then, standing up to put her tray away, she nodded back at Jack. "Hey, lets go grab our dorms."

[max payne]

"This food is terrible, it deserved to be thrown away..." he idle gestured behind him and went to get a dorm room...

Aww man, I could have eaten that food.... Emiko thought.

[Takumi]

"Sure thing. Lead on." Jack got up, stretched his hands behind his back, and sigh contentedly.

[max payne]

On his way to get a dorm, he saw something, something he knew was impossible, he ran after the figure...

Emiko followed by Jack went into the area where the dorm signups had to be. She noticed that the guy who had teh seizures was running out the building. She went up to the woman at the counter. "Uhh...Excuse me, I'd like to get a room."

The woman looked up at her. "Sure, what's your name?" She asked.

"Emiko Tanizaki."

The woman typed away at her computer, and then printed out what looked to be a map. O"kay, Your in the girls area of the dormintory, room 007."

Emiko took the peioce of paper and smiled back at the woman. "Thanks." She stood away from the counter. "Your turn Jack."

[max payne]

He ran fast but the figure always ran faster, soon he lost the figure in the crowd, he realised he was where he was supposed to be, getting a dorm

[Takumi]

Jack walked up and gave the woman at the desk a sunny smile. "Oh, fair guardian of the domiciles contained within this hall of learning, favor me with a cell, containing a bed of straw for me to rest my weary head."

The woman gave him an odd look. ".......Okay, name?"

"Ser Jack Hawkins," he declared in a sonorous tone.

The woman entered some information into the computer. The printer spat out a sheet of paper, which she passed to the young man. "Your "domicile" is in the boys' area of the dormitory, room 004."

Jack took his piece of paper, made an elegant leg, like that of the Knights of far-gone times, then said, "My utmost gratitude is yours." He turned to Emiko, whispering, "I've been napping in someone else's room, I think..."

[max payne]

Max went upto the dorm person

"name?"
"Max Payne"
"Max Payne?"
"yes..."
"there's no record of a Max Payne signed up to this school..."
".... Goddammit..."

Emiko laughted. "Heck, I haven't even been in a room yet. I might wait around before I go to it though. I wonder I'f I'll have any roomates or anything...I kinda just feel like hanging around. I'm gonna go outside. Wanna come with?"

[Takumi]

Jack said, "Eh, why not. It's pretty fair and sunny out there."

Emiko moved to open the door. Once she opened it, she could see the crowd of people hanging outside. "Woah man, lot of people out here."

[max payne]

"I don't have time for this..."
"no name, no room..."
"Fine..."

he left to go back to the tree he sat on earlier

Jack blinked owlishly in the sunlight. "This is a school, right? Not a club in Ibiza?"

"I hear from the dorm managers that you didn't have a room registered. The good news, is there's still some rooms left over. They ain't the best rooms, but it's better than nothing. Stop by Dorm E and tell the manager Kaji Ryoji sent you."

[max payne]

"thank you sir, thank you very much." Max stood up and did as Kaji asked, and got himself a room. "kool a bed.." Max fell asleep

Hawkins waves to the professor. "Sir! Shouldn't you be off building big scary robots? Because that's what I heard they do at that NERV place."

Max woke with a start, someone was in his room...

Emiko looks at him, surprised at the comment. She sighs. "I can tell what kind of guy this is right off the bat....well at least he's funny." Emiko looked around to see if Tim or Mayra were around. "I guess they must be off in their rooms." She said outloud.

Jack looked at her. "Are you insinuating, by any chance, that they might be...together?"

"who's there?"

The onlything max knew next was a loud bang, then searing pain in his chest and then falling through some glass then a falling feeling then hitting the ground really hard...

Helena was confused after all that happened. She felt bad because she didn't have any powers to help her friends. She hoped she'd be in the same room with Mayra, but she also wouldn't mind meeting Emiko. She seemed cool. Helena walked to the dorm registration room, hoping to run into Mayra or Emiko.

After surveying the area for more spirit energy (which she had felt numerous times over the past hour alone), Mayra decided to go to the dorm registration room to be assigned a room. As soon as she reached the room, however, Mayra was surprised to see Helena standing there waiting for a room as well.

"I didn't expect to see you here. I guess you didn't get a room assigned yet either, Helena?"

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus woke up slowly, as he lay silently in bed. His knee barely hurt anymore, yet he still didn't want to get up, for he still had flashbacks from his fight with the Hollow last night. He also had thoughts of disbelief regarding the other students with special powers.

Kuroishi... what kind of school did you send me to...?

[max payne]

"ah forget it..."
Max didn't bother going to the nurse but proceeded to try and find out when lessons started

Emiko looked back over her shoulder and spotted Mayra in the building. "She didn't get her room yet?" she wondered. She still couldn't shake the feeling she got from her, this Mayra chick had some crazy vibes comming from her, and Emiko couldn't figure out if she should be intimidated or ambivolent about it. "I wonder if she'll be my roomate. There seem to be a lot of people who still dont have their room."

Emiko noticed that Max had been right by her. She grinned. "Oh hey! Sorry about Jack's little comment in the cafteria earlier. He means well...But are you okay? You got your room right?" Emiko glanced outside. "It's getting dark out....man, that mean classes will begin soon.."

Mayra walked up to the woman who was sitting at the desk to be assigned her room. She gave her name and grade so that the woman could look up her assigned room.

"Let's see...You're assigned to room number 007 in the girls' dormitory."

After she was given a key to the room, Mayra bowed to the woman and muttered, "Thank you very much." She then headed towards the girls' dormitory to see her new room.

As she walked through the campus, Mayra still felt the tingling of spiritual energy coming from all directions; she decided it was best not to worry about it at the moment. She soon arrived at the girls' dormitory and began looking for her room.

The place looked a bit old, but Mayra was already accustomed to the look since she had been here last year. She soon stepped in front of her room, number 007, and took the key out to unlock the door; to her surprise, however, the door was already unlocked.

So...I've already been assigned a roommate, Mayra thought to herself. She then wondered if it was someone she had already met on campus...

Emiko had grabbed her bags she left at the office, and trugged up the stairs to her new room. She yawned a bit. "Hmmm, I'm sorta sleepy. Maybe it's cause' I ate too much."

Emiko sighed, she wondered who she'd be bunking with for the rest of the year with. Last year she had transfered in the school late, so her and her roomates werent all that close, she hoped though that this could be a better relationship than her last one. She reached the door to the room numbered 007, and took a deep breath, "Geez, I don't even know if shes here yet....

Max left for his room, he was bleeding, maybe he should go to the nurse? "Fine, i'll go..." Max walked to the nurse

After Lokik had finished with his room he decided he should probably explore the campuss so for 10 seconds there was a flahs and Lokik looked... different and then there were 8 of him as the main Lokik the one with all the brains told them to go out and explore he'd stay here to see if he had a room mate as the other 7 walked out since he could only have powers of others at a smaller dgree (So basically what happened he transformed to that x-man that can duplicate himself to 32 but he can only do 7 not good enough yet and i think it would be quite cheap to make him ultra strong)

Timaeus came outside, looking half asleep, and leaned against a nearby building, where he saw a whole crowd of people chatting their way into his brain like a jackhammer.

Mayra was now inside the room, and she could hear something coming up the stairs. She walked towards the door and opened it; she then peeked outside only to be greeted by the girl she had met before standing outside the door.

Mayra gave her a welcoming smile.

"Emiko, right? I guess we'll be roommates for this school year."

The nurse was closed, so he just went to his room to sleep it off... "These rooms are ages away from the classes..."

Emiko, startled by the door opening so suddenly, jumped back. "Holy-Oh....hey you're that girl from earlier. What's you name...Mayra right?" Emiko put down her bags, still outside the room, and reached her hand out to shake Mayra's hand. A few random girls passed by in the hallway.

As the 7 clones were walking around one bumped into Tiameaus (#1) and one walked into the nurses office (#2) while the others just walked around randomly one bumped into a teacher (#3) while one was eating lunch because he was hungry (#4) and another walked on the side of the dorms that you could but you could still see the girls dorms (#5) and the other 2 which happened to be too stupid kept bumping into each other (#6 and 7) while Lokik put his clothes away and layed down on the bed (the original and smartest one)

Mayra took Emiko's outstretched hand and shook it in a friendly manner. "Yes, my name's Mayra. It's nice to meet you, Emiko."

Emiko smiled and let go of Mayra's hand. She grabbed her bags from the floor. "Uhh, you mind if I come in?"

[Lord Timaeus]

Timaeus looked blankly at the crowd, ignoring the person who bumped into him. With every passing second it seemed the crowd got louder and louder, as Timaeus' tolerance got lower and lower. Eventually the noise make him wake up with a jolt, as he yelled in a disturbed voice.

WILL YOU ALL SHUT YOUR BLACK HOLES YOU DARE TO CALL MOUTHS?!

The crowd looked toward Timaeus for a brief second, then casted him away and continued their business as if they never heard him.

"Oh, of course! Sorry for being in your way." Mayra moved out of Emiko's way so she could get inside to put her things away.

Mayra then noticed that this girl, Emiko, had one of the stronger auras she had been sensing; just from a glance, Mayra could tell Emiko was strong with her powers and could probably hold her own against 90% of the student population in this school.

Emiko grinned and went to the bed she could tell was hers. It seemed as if Mayra had already begun to put all her things away. Emiko had few clothes, and she wasn't one to concentrate on personal possesions much. The one that meant the most to her though, was the picture frame she had taken out of one of the bags. A young woman, who was holding a baby, and man who had her arm around the woman decorated the photo inside the frame. Emiko paused to gaze at it for a second before she put it on the shelf next to her bed.

The clone back away then scirbbled a message that read "Sorry" to Timaeus (yeah they all have a bad trait about them this one can't talk or walk that well actually that's basically with all of them...)

"That boy timeause or something, he seems fammiliar..." Max got and looked out the window, a van was outside... "probbabbly nothing..."

Timaeus took a deep breath, then looked at the note the person gave him.

"Sorry?"

He them looked in his direction to see the person apparently walking as if he was losing his balance. He decided to ignore it, then walked toward the dorm rooms.

The other clones were in the same palce so clone #1 walked on running into a tree while #6 and #7 ran into each other still in the hall of the dorms

Mayra had few possessions as well. Her older brother, however, had given her a good luck charm before she left; it now hung on the side of her bed so she would be reminded of his gesture every time she looked at it. Other than that, Mayra had only brought a few clothes (other than her set of uniforms) and books that would help her train her miko powers further (since she had to resort to memorization and verbally speaking spells for them to work).

Mayra then turned to Emiko and asked, "By the way...what year are you in, Emiko?"

Timaeus glanced toward the two clones bumping into each other.

Lokik stuck his head out the door and saw that they were doing more harm then good so they came back to him into him "Hmm at least i got some info." he said as a another bright flash went off and he looked the same as when he'd first arrived as Timaeus came through giving him a weird stare

Mayra could feel the energy of a few body doubles running around the campus; someone in the vicinity, whether they be student or teacher, was a shadow user who could duplicate themselves, no doubt. Mayra decided they were probably causing no trouble other than some annoyance among the students, so she didn't think about it further.

((Same thing, IMO. Mayra has different terms for things because she's a miko; everyone's powers are somehow based on spiritual terms to her. It's just easier that way. ^_^))

((Also...a shapeshifter could be considered a shadow user since they replicate objects and powers...so it's not a big deal if I use a different term than yours. :P))

Mayra snapped out of trying to locate where those clones were coming from, and then she noticed Emiko staring at her. "Ah...I'm sorry. Did you have something to say, Emiko?"
