The Ultimate High School RPG ((Original characters welcome))

She slowly walked up to school in her tan cargo pants and light blue short sleeved shirt with a long white sleeved shirt under neath. A green bag (backpac of you wanna call it that) on and black shoes.
"I-I guess this is my school.." She ajusted the Katana on her back as well as her bag.

Nathaniel looked at the school entrance, 'Another school another life' he muttered to himself. He stretched and felt the tug of the scared flesh on his back, then he unconsciosly ran his finger down the life unit that ran down his spine. 'I'm never gonna get used to that thing' he shudered. To his right he spotted a nervous looking girl holding a Katana, 'at least iwon't look to wierd with my sword' he thought to himself.
Hefting his Zwei-hander he wlaked up to the girl 'first day?' he asked.

"Is it that ovious....I guess I look a little nervous huh?....I'm worried I might not do well..."
She sighed.

[Sushikins]

Kokoro dropped to one knee and clutched her side. Blood seeped between her fingers and dripped onto the concrete. Next to her, a path was cut deep into the street and fires still lined parts of it. Hikari stood at the end of the long crater, her sword to the side.

"Good job on dodging the full force, but it looks like I've won." She said.

Hikari turned and started walking casually towards Kokoro and prepared her blade for the final blow.

"You think that that will be enough to defeat me? Don't make me laugh! I'm not a General for nothing!" Kokoro yelled. She removed her hand from her wound and jumped up into the air, turning. She faced Hikari, arm outstrechedand fired a bolt of energy from her palm. Hikai jumped out of the way and more bolts came flying at her.

"Damn, where did this sudden burst of power come from!" Hikari thought to herself as she dodged more deadly bolts. Hikari jumped out of the cloud of debris that had formed and looked up to Kokoro. "What in the hell?" Hikari exclaimed.

Kokoro's hair was glowing bright red, as were her eyes. A black aura surrounded her and dark wngs of energy began growing out of her back, eight in all. She held out both arms towards Hikari and all the energy stored arounf her flowed into her arms. "Die!" Kokoro yelled, and a gigantic beam of energy fired from her arms straight at Hikari. Hikari engulfed gerself and flames as the beam of darkness impacted where she stood and exploded. The smoke cleared, revealing a gigantic crater that had taken out the nearby buildings too. In the middle of the crater was Hikari, who had defended herself with a barrier of fire.

"Impressive, to say the least, but it's about time that you experienced my true power!" Kokoro yelled. She clapped her hands together and began chanting. Hikari was wondering what was up, when suddenly she saw lightening in the sky and it began increasing in intensity. "Come forth, Dracodeus!" Kokoro yelled. The clouds cleared and flying in the sky was a massive, metallic, serepentine dragon. It opened it's gigantic mouth and roared, which even from the ground was nearly deafening.

"Dracodeus, Fire!" Kokoro yelled. From the tail, the metalic scales began to open up from the body and as they did a bright blue light emitted from them. This moved up along it's curling body in the sky, and when it approached the head, Dracodeus opened it's mouth, which was now glowing the same blue color. When it reached it's head, the eyes turned red and it read back and fired a gigantic beam of energy straight down at Hikari. Kokoro teleported as the beam passed her and aimed straight at Hikari. Hikari once again covered her body in flames as she was enveloped in the beam. It colloided with the ground and caused a massive explosion, taking out everything withing a half mile of the center. As the smoke cleared, Hikari now dropped to both knees and hands and coughed up blood. The fire shield had protected her, but it could only handle a certain extent of power, and that exceeded her extent greatly. Defelecting most of that attack had almost completely drained her energy and now she was almost completely defenseless.

Kokoro watched from above and pointed to Hikari. "Dracodeus, Fire!" She yelled.

'Tell me about it, my names Nathaniel by the way but you can call me Harrison' Nathaniel responded 'um so I guess we should go in then'

"Ok..." she started to think for a moment then smiled. "Harri-kun" She began to walk tward the entrance.

Dracodeus reared it's head back and began charging for it's second attack. Hikari tried to move, but feel back down, unable to stand.

"This can't be the end." She said to herself.

The blue light appeared again from the end of Dracodeus and began making it's way towards the mouth. Hikari tried to crawl out, but it was no use, at the pace she was going, she would even make it out of the blast radius in an hour.

"Die!" Kokoro yelled.

Dracodeus glowed completely blue and it lunged it's head forward and fired another blast straight at Hikari. Hikari closed her eyes and waited for the inevitable as she heard the roar of the beam approaching her and felt the heat on her back. She waited for what felt like an eternity, and wondered why it wasn't all over yet. Suddenly she realized that the roar had seemingly stooped and the heat wasn't getting hotter. She slowly opened one eyes then opened them both in surprise as she saw a figure in black robes standing over her, blocking the blast with his sword. From the light, Hikari could see flowing red hair tied into a ponytail and a white Shinigami Captain robe with the squad number ripped off. He turned his head slightly to look at her Hikari caught his brilliant red eye and she instantly knew who he was.

"Kiryu!" She yelled.

Kiryu pulled back his Zanpakuto and swung, flinging the gigatic blast harmlessly out to the sky. He turned to Hikari, ignoring Kokoro completely and knelt down to her.

"Forgive me, but this time I will protect you. I promise." Kiryu said to her. He moved in and kissed her on the forehead. "Wait there, I'll be done in a moment." He turned and walked towards Kokoro, who hadn't moved since she was in shock that Kiryu was here. Kiryu pointed his blade up towards her and spoke.

"Don't you dare try and harm her. Perpare yourself for death. I'm not going to hold anything back!" Kiryu lifted his Zanpakuto over his head and screamed.

"Ban Kai!"

A wall of black and red reiatsu surrounded him and Hikari, spinning like a cyclone, protecting them. Kiryu knew that this was different from his usual Bankai, and felt Tenryu Tamashiihahen changing within him and a new name came to mind. He turned his head to Hikari. "Thank you." He said before being engulfed in the reiatsu. Seconds later, the reiatsu blasted away and left a cloud of dust. As the dust cleared, Kokoro finally got a clear look at Kiryu and his Bankai. His Shinigami robes were gone, now replaced with scaled armor on his chest, arms, and shins. It was blood red and looked like a dragon's hide. In his right hand, he held a gigantic, doubled sided sword that was shaped like a long arrow. It glowed red and was surrounded in reiatsu. He lifted it up and pointed it at Kokoro.

"Tenryukishi Hitamashiihahen." He said calmly, stating his Zanpakuto's new name. He did a mental check of his own power and realized he was a lot more powerful than he was before in Bankai, and he couldn't hear the Hollow's voice, yet. "Summoning a Dragon to do your dirty work in a duel, that just doesn't sit well with me. If you want to fight with a summoned dragon, fight me!" Kiryu yelled at Kokoro. He slammed his Zanpakuto into the ground. "I summon you, Tenryukishi!" Kiryu yelled. The moon was suddenly eclipsed by an unknown force and the cloud cleared, showing the full body of Dracodeus. From the Moon, a gigantic shape appaeared with six wings and began approaching them. The details suddenly became clear as Tenryukishi decended from the heavens. Just like Kiryu's Bankai, his appearance had changed as well, with parts of his body covered in flaming red armor and large double sided swords extending from his wrists. Kiryu, using his reiatsu, lifted up off the ground and proceded up until he was even with Kokoro. Tenryukishi finally decended to even level with Dracodeus, his mile long wingspan full outstretched. If normal people were capable of seeing what was going on in their sky, they'd be panicking like crazy. Kiryu spun his sword around a few times before finally pointing it at Kokoro and assuming a battle stance.

"Well, are you ready?" He asked. Kokoro assumed a battle stance and Dracodeus roared.

Nathaniel stopped dead, something was wrong he looked to his right and saw semi- human figures in the shadows, the proportions were all wrong the heads were a bulging mass placed on tiny body's. 'Go on ahead Komana san I'll see you later' Nathaniel sprinted around the corner and checked there was no one watching. He placed himself into a firm battle stance and whispered his go code 'Deus ex machina' a light consumed his body, when it faded he was clad in a black and red carapace armour, at his shoulder was his MAG which at the moment was only a blue blob with a yellow spot on the front hovering an inch a bove his shoulder, his weopon had also changed the blade had turned obsidian black and the edges glowed red with power, a throaty hum ementaed from it. 'It's time' he muttered'

~Soul Society~
Raiya watched over the current situation from above. Moments earlier, Kiryu had said something about Hikai being in danger, and then just disapeared. He'd tried to stop him, but he was gone before he could say anything.

In the air, Aurora watched over the confrontation with anxiety, since she had just gotten a report that there was a big fight on Earth involving the organization. "I hope she's okay." Aurora thought.

~Earth~
The man at the gate seemed intent on stopping her, but before he could get close, she shoved him to the ground and out of the way.

"I'm heading out for a bit, tell my father I'll be right back!" Glace yelled. She suddenly hovered in the air and flew off, leaving the gatekeeper dumbfounded. Glace raised her hand in front of her and closed her eyes, and she was surrounded in ice. The ice shattered and she was in her battle outfit, an elegant blue outfit with gold and white designs, it truely reflected her gracefulness. She pulled out her sword from the sheath the check it, and resheathed it and headed towads the two gigantic dragons hovering in the sky. She didn't recognize either of them, and to her knowledge, Hikari couldn't summon a dragon, so she assumed a 3rd party had stepped in, but who? She just hoped that she would make it in time and headed to the epicenter as fast as possible.

With his armour ready Nathaniel ran into the trees, leapt op int the air and brought his sword down on the first monster. It had a sickly green tinge to it's skin whcih was covered in ozzing sores and boils the majority of its oversized head was taken up by a massivly swollen yellowish eye and the over features were distorted beyond belief it screeched as it's arm was sheard clean off pus and black ichor spewed from the wound, the monster swiped at him in retaliation bit Nathaniel grabbed it by the neck and slammed it on the ground. 'Disgusting demon' Nathaniel snarled as he brought his foot down on the creatures head crushing it. He saw more of the demons infront of him. The largest shambled up to him and gurgled 'weee arghg lu plague thralz of loord Uraguh, surrrender youur sool nouw' Nathaniel pointed his massive sword at the beast and said. 'Not likely'......

[Sushikins]

Kiryu charged foward, flying through the air. He lunged at Kokoro, who barely managed to deflect his giant lance-like sword away from her body. Kiryu pulled back and swung down, and Kokoro blocked it overhead. Kiryu continued to attack, forcing Kokoro on the defensive.

Tenryukishi charged foward and slammed into Dracodeus with his shoulder, knocking it back. Dracodeus reared back in pain, then charged forward and slashed at Tenry with it's metalic claws. Tenryukishi caught them in his claws and began pushing Dracodeus back, causing great gusts of wing with each beat of his massive wings. Tenryu opened it's mouth and fired a beam of energy straight at Dracodeus' chest, which sent him flying and knocked him into the bay. Once again Tenryukishi charged forward shoulder first and slammed Dracodeus deeper into the bay. He pinned down both of Dracodeus' hands to the sea floor with his baldes and prepared to attack it again point blank. "Kiryu, now, use it!" Tenryukishi said to Kiryu telepathicly.

"Roger." Kiryu replied back. He made one more swing at Kokoro before backing off. "Sorry, but you never really stood a chance once I used my Bankai, now I'll show you my true power!" Kiryu said to her. He reached up to his face with his left and and grabbed it. He seemingly pulled down and suddenly white reiatsu pulled from the atmosphere and was drawn to his face. The reiatsu cleared and Kokoro was now looking into a white and red Hollow mask covering most of Kiryu's face.

"Impossible." She said.

"It's about time! Let's finish this!" Kiryu yelled. He pulled back his sword and held it like a lance straight at Kokoro. Red reiatsu began leaking from his body, eventually forming two wings from his back. "Tempest Lancer!" He screamed. He shot foward at Kokoro, pulled back, and before she could move, lunged at her, breaking her sword and piercing her straight through the chest. Kiryu let go of the hilt and flew straight past her, leaving the blade imbedded in her. Suddenly the blade glowed and exploded, enveloping Kokoro's body in a white explosion. When the light from the explosion had finally died down, Kokoro's body was nowhere to be seen, and Kiryu had exited Bankai and the Hollow mask had disapeared.

"What about Dracodeus?" Kiryu asked his Zanpakuto.

"Dispeared before I could kill it." Tenryukishi replied.

"Understood." Kiryu said. Then the effects of summoning his Zanpakuto caught up to him, and he began falling to the ground. Suddenly a yound woman in a blue dress flew below him and caught him. "Thanks." Kiryu said.

"Don't mention it." Glace replied. "Besides, you saved Hikari, I owe you my thanks. My name is Glace Gracieux, the Elementalist of Ice."

"Ah, I'm Kiryu Shinai, former Shinigami Captain." Kiryu replied.

"I see, now it all makes sense. Hold on a moment." Glace said. She landed on the ground and laid Kiryu down gently. She turned and ran to Hikari, who was struggling to stand. "Hikari, don't move!" She yelled.

"I'll be fine Glace, just a small scratch." Hikari commented, finally managing to stand, although just barely. Glace ran to her and held her up, stopping her from falling.

"It's not just a small scratch." Glace said. "You could've been killed." Glace turned and was surprised to see Kiryu standing in front of her, holding out his hand.

"I'll take her." He said casually. Before Glace could say anything, Hikari grabbed his hand and he held her close for a moment. The he shifted himself. knelt to the ground and she grabbed onto his back. "Alright, lets get you home." He said.

"Please." Hikari said, closing her eyes and resting on her head on his shoulder.

"Alright, follow me." Glace said, and the three began walking back to Hikari's apartment.

Kuishi's smile slowly turned to a frown for some reason she always had trouble making friends. She slowly walked into the school but as she did the peice of paper with her dorm number on it fell out of her poket and since she memorized her dorm number already she went into her dorm. When she reached her dorm she plopped into her bed and stared at the ceiling.
I'll be right back thats what they always say.... She sighed and pulled out a schedual of classes she would be taking.

Glace approached the door of Hikari and Fuu's apartment and was about to knock on the door when the door swung open and Fuu was silhoueted in the entrance.

"Is everything alright?" She asked.

"Everything is just fine for the moment. However, tonight I think it might be best if you stayed over at my house." Glace said to her. Fuu was confused and then noticed someone standing behind her. She leaned over and was surprised to see Kiryu Shinai standing there, carry a resting Hikari.

"K-Kiryu Shinai?" She asked.

Kiryu nodded to her but didn't say anything. Fuu caught on to what Glace was saying and ran back in to grab something.

"We'll be just a minute. I think it's best to leave you two alone for now." Glace said.

"Thank you." Kiryu said.

Fuu ran outside carrying a bad and something else Kiryu couldn't see in her hand and bowed to him.

"Please take care of her for tonight." Fuu said, and ran off to Glace. "Are you sure it's okay to spend the night? I don't know how your dad will react." Fuu whispered to Glace.

"Just don't do anything in front of him and he won't catch on." Glace said.

Kiryu tuned them out as they walked downstairs and entered the apartment. He removed his sandals and closed the door behind him.

"My bedroom is at the end of the room to the right." Hikari said, pointing to a door. Kiryu nodded and walked to her room.

"Do you have a first-aid kit somewhere?" Kiryu asked.

"In the bathroom." Hikari replied. Kiryu stepped over some clothes and laid Hikari down on her bed and went to grab the first-aid kit.

She was sad at first but decided that it was her first day and that she needed to perk up she hopped out of bed her fox Tomoue leaping from the window sill her shoulder.
"come on whether he comes back or not we need to explore so we don't get lost tomarrow..." Tomoue barked.

-walks up to the school, in his blue-jeans and Gray T-Shirt, he is about 5'6'' tall with brown hair, slim built.- ((Er, ysee, the problem is *Im* homeschooled, so I dont really know what High School is like))

"You know, don't you?" Hikari asked.

"Hm?" Kiryu said as he walked out of the bathroom with the first aid kit.

"That I'm not the same Hikari that you married back in Soul Society." Hikari said.

"Yeah, I realized." Kiryu said. He laid the first aid kit on the ground and pulled out some bandages. He tore a small amount off and began wrapping it around her ankle.

"When did you realize?" Hikari asked.

"When I told you to stay back. The old Hikari would've argued with me and told me off for thinking she couldn't take care of it herself." Kiryu said. He finished wrapping her ankle and picked up the bandages again and sat next to her on the bed and began inspecting her shoulder. "I'm more interested in how you have memories from your past life. Gift or curse, not many people remember their past lives when they return from Soul Society."

"I think it's because I was born as the Fire Elementalist. Somehow because of that I obtained the memories from my past life, well, at least that's what the Master told me probably happened. I started getting these visions of another place that looked like old Japan when I was around 10. In it there was always this girl who looked like she might be an older me. For a while I ignored it, but then when I was about 13, in my visions a man appeared. The girl who I'd thought was an older me fell meet him and they began to spend time together. It was at that time that I was approached by the Elementalists. They explained to me what my powers were and how to use it for the good of mankind. When I told the Master about my visions, he told me that I must have retained my memories from my previous life. He explained to me about Soul Society and Shinigami and that I must have been one in Soul Society. It was a bit wierd for me, since I had come to like the man in my visions, which I know learned where memories from a past life. Having known that I had married this man in my past life, I began seeking information on him while I was training. The name Kiryu Shinai finally came up in a report about a year ago stating that he had awoken and was no moving about Earth. I tried not to get my hopes up, but I was hoping to meet him. Then earlier today, Fuu came up to me with a photo that one of us in Soul Society had taken. It showed you and another girl who looked just like me. According to the information gathered, her name was Emiko Tanizaki and was my half-sister from my previous life, and that you were escorting her." Hikari explained.

"Yes, I meet Emiko about a week ago and immediately noticed a resembalence. Her situation intrigued me, so I decided to protect her while she was in Soul Society. It was there that I learned her relation to you, which I still find hard to believe." Kiryu said, wrapping Hikari's shoulder in a bandage.

"How did you get back here so fast? To my knowledge it takes time to go between Soul Society and Earth and given the time of the report, there was no way you could've made it from Soul Society to help me an such a time." Hikari asked.

"My Zanpakuto, Tenryu, is very powerful. He ripped open a hole between Soul Society and Earth forceably and I traveled through. I somehow sensed you were in danger and reacted. I think it caught me teacher by surprise as well. And it'll be added to the list of things Soul Society will be angry at me about. However, now thanks to you, my Zanpakuto has gotten even stronger, and I have as well." Kiryu said.

"Me? What did I do?" Hikari asked.

"When I activated my Bankai, my Zanpakuto reacted to your presence and somehow absorbed the soul of your Zanpakuto, Metakishi, and combined their powers. As a result, my Zanpakuto evolved and became even more powerful and I was able to summon it without a severe drain on my reiatsu like before." Kiryu said.

"I see." Hikari said.

Kiryu finished wrapping Hikari's shoulder and put the bandages away. "Those should be fine by morning, but the bandages won't hurt to have." Kiryu said.

"Thank you." Hikari replied.

Kiryu took the first aid kit back to the bathroom and then returned to the bedroom. He sat down next to Hikari and then laid down on the bed, his legs hanging over the edge. "Today has been one long day." Kiryu said.

Hikari laid down next to Kiryu and laid her head down on his chest. "Do you still love me, even though I'm not the same?" Hikari asked.

"Of cousre." Kiryu said. "You're no different than the Hikari from Soul Society, and you have her memories. The outside appearence may be slight changed, but on the inside, you're still Hikari. I'm very happy to have found you, Hikari." Kiryu placed his arms around her and hugged her.

"I'm glad I finally got to meet you too, Kiryu." Hikari said, and returned the hug.

"If you want to, we can start over from the beginning. No need to rush things." Kiryu said.

"Okay." Hikari said, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. Kiryu leaned forward and kissed her on the forehead. They laid next to each other in bed until they fell asleep.

((Ok, so I thought hard, and figured since this RPG has long since died. Furuba is gone...don't know where, but I'm worried. Till then, I'll work on a long series of posts so we can continue the story, as late and dead as it might be. I'll write some tonight maybe, and do more tommorow. If any of you read this, you guys can help me out. I'll controll Raidon and all that, so lets just see.))

What he means is if you really want to start or join an RPG, you can go ahead and make a new thread, and simply use that character as your main. It can be a Yu-Gi-Oh RPG or something. Make sure you follow the rules with starting an RPG though, so read the rules thread.

Since it looks like you didn't read the posts above, I'll explain again.

This RPG is dead, and has been for a year, more or less, and one of the people who plays one of the main characters is gone as well, and this isn't coming back.

Videl, if you're reading this, I'd recommend locking this, personally. I don't think Furuba is coming back and I don't think we need to see this bumped again.

I'm just curious, is all. It's not that she was the backbone of the story or anything, it's that she was one of the pillars that kept the roof standing. Ya see, the bulk of this RPG was handled by four roleplayers (Furuba, Videl, Sushi, and Kuroishi), and with each of them having over ten characters to manage, trying to pick up the long, detailed story from where it left off without one of them just wouldn't quite work.

Which brings me to another problem: even if Furuba were to return and still be interested in roleplaying, I think she'd be more inclined to start a new Destiny High as opposed to reattempting this one, since Kuroishi/Timaeus/whatever has been banned.

Still, I'd prefer if Videl didn't lock this thread, because the bumping is hilarious. :P


EDIT 2: We have plenty of people willing to post by the looks of it. Yeah, but what these willing participants don't realize is that this RPG no longer has anything to do with "high school"; the story was hijacked into a Bleach universe around the time the actual thread starter (ShonenGoku) stopped posting. So... you know... they're creating characters that have nothing to do with the actual story. -_-;

It's not their fault, of course. A simple to solution would be to create a thread titled "Epic HIGH SCHOOL RPG of Awesomeness" (make sure you include the words high school). Yep, that should zap the attention straight from this RPG.

See, I remember a lot about this specific RPG, and I would love to continue it since my writing skills have by far improved. Plus, I did have things planned I would still enjoy writing out. Koishi was pretty hot too, Emiko could have totally tapped that had Furuba stayed. I think it'll come back soon enough. When that day comes, I will rejoice.
