Best Inuyasha Battle to date...

Ok so in your opinion which would be one of the best battles you've seen in the anime, and it doesnt have to include Inuyasha. A recent one would have to be the fight between Inuyasha and The Leader Of the Band Of Seven, sorry wasnt sure of his name...

Same as you, except I'll include the fight between Koga and Renkotsu. I'll have to admit however that Bankotsu vs. Inuyasha is one of the most climactic battles.

Wow there are a lot of battles to think through... I'd have to say I like:

- The Thunder Brothers battle
- Certain battles with Sesshomaru(sry for the spelling), although I don't remember the enemie's names
- The battle between Bankotsu and Inuyasha

The one that always stuck in my mind was one of the earliest fights aginst naraku. I dont remeber episode but it was inuyasha and naraku, and its the first time you seen his spider tatoo. It was in the forest.

In Inuyasha? Kagura vs Inuyasha, the first (and only) time Kanna was used in battle... Frankly, though, Inuyasha isn't too great when it comes to battle-scenes.

Wow those are all great battles, and yes the fight with Inuyasha vs. Bonkotsu once again is one of the best.

Yeah there are definitely alot of memorable battles that took place. I also likede the one where Inuyasha first battled Sheshomuru with the Tetsaiga.(excuse my spelling)

I liked the first fight in the entire series, Yura vs. Inuyasha & Kagome. I loved that fight because it wasn't all, "Inuyasha, use your almighty, powerful, invincible sword!" and "Kagome, shoot your arrows that are strong enough to harm Naraku!" Because they were both weak and they managed to defeat Yura with teamwork... and because Inuyasha used his awesome 'Blades of Blood', or whatever it's called.

I personally liked the battle b/t Inuyasha and Ryuukotse(i think that's how it's spelled) and the one where inuyasha transforms infront of Sesshomaru. just the look on sesshomaru's face was almost priceless.

Yeah I posted that fight as one of my favorites earlier in this thread as well. It was definitely a great fight, but I wouldn't expect anything less from those two...

I Know what happened in the anime. Sango became jealous of miroku because he was flurting with all the women in the village. The village of ONLY WOMEN(:o)was actually possessed by a salamander demon. Sango was forsed to swallow the demon egg, and she went after Miroku because the demon needed only man's flesh.

I liked the fights against Bankotsu but one thing i dont get is inuyasha's father couldnt beat Ryuukossei and inu's father is said to be way stong then inuyasha...then how could he not kill Ryuukossei and still be stronger than inuyasha. would that be because inuyasha had more things happen to Tetsaiga then when inuyasha father had it and inu's dad also had Souunga which had the attack gokuryuuha!

Neither Sou'unga nor Gokuryuuha exist outside of the third movie, and, according to the manga/anime, Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru's father didn't have Sou'unga when he battled Ryuukossei. (In fact, did he even have Tessaiga and Tenseiga then, or did he have those forged after his death? I don't remember.)

Yes, the inutaishou was much stronger than Inuyasha; he was also much stronger than Sesshoumaru. My guess is that Inuyasha was able to defeat the Ryuukossei in part because of the boost of power that having Tessaiga gives him. There is probably more to it, but I'd have to rewatch those episodes in order to jog my memory; it's been awhile.

Since it appears I haven't replied to this thread yet, I might as well. My favourite battle to date is from the third movie - when Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were forced to more or less work together in order to defeat Takemaru and Sou'unga.

Wow I haven't replied to this topic yet! Well it's gotta be Goshinki and Inu Yasha. I loved when Inu Yasha first exposes his true demon self and rips Goshinki to pieces.

As for second, well I liked when Sango battled Inu Yasha when she first came into the series. I was like damn she was near death after being stabbed by Kohaku's sythe and shot up with arrows in Naraku's castle, and she was still able to put up a decent fight against Inu.

Actually, I don't think he has used the Kaze no Kizu for awhile in the manga - or, at the very least, I don't recall any dire situations or battles where he has started off trying to use the Kaze no Kizu. He seems to rely more on the Bakuryuuha or the Kongousouha, depending on what the situation calls for - although for awhile, he tried to use nothing but the Dragon-Scaled Tessaiga.

Perhaps in the anime and the earlier part of the manga, Inuyasha attempts to use Kaze no Kizu (Wind Scar) in almost every battle. I don't remember. When it comes to battle details such as which attacks the characters used, the ones I recall the most vividly are those from more recent battles, and for me, the more recent battles occured in the manga. I don't think we've seen the Kaze no Kizu for awhile in the manga, though I could be wrong.

I liked the Inuyasha vs. Miroku fight the best; the scene where Inuyasha and Miroku were running through the battle having at it with the Tetsusaiga/monk staff was pretty badass. It's also pretty interesting the way that Miroku's facial expressions are different in his first appearance than they are in any other; I don't recall his eyes ever being that cold or sharp in any subsequent episodes.
