Well, my information on milky-anime press release has been confirmed.....there will be a Bible Black Complete Box Set coming.....On January 25, 2006!!!! Anyways, here's the information:

I'm all over this like white on rice!!! Although I do have all of the Bible Black DVD's I can't afford to miss out on this one since it will also have some extra new footage with Imari maybe....

I thought I add a bit more to this. Now that we know that the Bible Black Complete Box Set is being release on January 25, 2006, this some what throughs things a bit out of wack. Instead of Shin Bible Black: Episode 5, we may end up getting Bible Black Only Vol. 2.....although this is pure speculation at this point. At this point, I have no idea in the direction the series is heading right now. But you can bet you *** I will have that Complete Box-Set. Screw the downloading crap!! :)

I have seen the trailer, and it's not really rape, more like she was half-consentant (and maybe more than just half-consentant, as she seemed quite motivated to make the guy happy :D ).

It will probably the best Bible Black-related anime I have seen since the end of the original series.

Some comments about the Imari scene.....I like it, but at the same time I don't like it for the fact that it may actually mess up the content of the story. Hopefully it's separate from it, or we may have a whole new case to open. Like for instance, with that scene did she have sex before she met Minase or whatever? I'm probably overreacting about it.

As for the box-set itself, I have both the Region 1 and Region 2 DVD's so this is a must for me to buy. :)

Not likely since they haven't brought out the Perfection Collection for season 1 which included the Saeki and Takishiro scenes. In any case I wouldn't hold my breath.

Anime companies just operate with a certain degree of discretion. Remember that hentai is both a risky and uncertain gambit as far as America is concerned; our businessmen don't read cartoon pornography on the subway home at the end of the day like they do in Japan... or... at least not usually.

I WOULD! :lol: But on a serious note, if they wanted to release it, they should have released after the last U.S. release disc of Bible Black Season 1 or AT LEAST include them into the DVD as extras. Wouldn't have been hard as each scene runs roughly around 6 or 7 minutes.....

With the way the episode counts and release dates go for Shin Bible Black, it may be 2 years before you actually see those shorts if Media Blasters gets the rights to them or whatnot. My faith is somewhat limited in Media Blasters, especially with the english dub fiasco although it wasn't completely their fault.

In no way shape or form I'm trying to be negative here. I'm just stating the facts. The only way the shorts would actually come to the U.S. shores are if the fans give a high demand for them which I don't see that happening. Hopefully they'll come to U.S. But most of you guys download the episodes anyway, so you don't have too much to worry about. ^_^

Just an update for this thread. I went on over to the Milky-Anime site today and they had some of the Illustrations that would be in the Bible Black Box-Set. They looked really good!!!

I also found out that there are exactly 2064 Box-Sets left.....I'm now worried that I may not be able to pre-order it as I emailed CDJapan about them carrying it, but I haven't heard a response from them. I guess only time will tell.

I just took a peak over at animeondvd forums and found out that Gatts already pre-ordered his!!! But I can't imagine from where though as it isn't available from CDJapan or Amazon Japan at all?!? I definately don't want to call Gatts a "liar" but I haven't found any sources from where I can order this from and it's getting closer and closer to the pre-order deadline.*Sigh* I wish I was still in Japan right now.....

So many questions!! :) Actually, I ended up ordering mine from two places: Manga-Oh and CdJapan. I ordered the first one at Mangaoh because it wasn't available at CDJapan yet. But, I ended up ordering at CDJapan because I thought that Mangaoh wouldn't be able to ship it to my address, although I forgot to cancel my order. To make a long story short, I will soon have 2 complete Box-Sets in my possession!!! I only need one however...I'm thinking about just giving one away.

I seriously wish I could scan the art and illustration galleries because they look good!! Let's see, it came with a mouse-pad, phone card, a little Imari stand, a coaster for a cup and lots of other stuff. I think the Box-Set includes the script I'm not sure yet. What about the Special Imari Arc DVD? Any new info or it is just like BB Only with just nonstop...well...you know...?

I watched the special disk or Premium Disc of my Box-Set. The Special Imari Arc scene is just like the BB Only episodes. What surprised me the most was how Imari was so submissive here. Okay, so basically she was getting raped by one of her classmates in the school closet. Of course, you watch her go through the motions of not liking it or anything, but all of a sudden she turns into a girl in heat. For the most part she kept calling Minase's name to no avail. The scene was definately hot. She was umm, how do I put it, very delicious!!!

One thing that sort of bothered me though is I have to wonder where does this scene actually take place within the story. Does it take place before or after the series ends? All logic would point at the end because otherwise Kitami would've never messed with her if she did happened to lose her virginity so early. A minor gripe though, it was still good stuff.

The rest of the disc included a revamped episode 3, some Bible Black trailers (old ones), and another section that I wish I could understand Japanese!!!

I'm going to start and watch the other DVD's. From the looks of it, everything seemed to got worked over. From the voice acting to the animation. It's definately a lot smoother and shinier and more detailed. Let me know if you need to know anything else.

The Bible Black Complete box is now out of print in Japan. In order to find a copy, you'd probably have to scour Japanese second-hand anime and video shops to find a pre-owned copy.
