Having been recently spoiled for some major plot stuff on another forum, I'd rather not have the same here.

If you are posting spoilers in a thread use the [spoiler] tag. If the thread is specifically on an episode (ie, Ep 51 Discussion) though, this is less important (as long as its not for something yet to happen) since the title pretty much says that the thread will have them.

What setup do you mean? Could you tell some forums that this works with?

Let me explain. Spoiler tags are not a standard feature of vBulletin 3.0.x forums. They are, however, fairly easy to implement. You will find something similar on a lot of vBulletin forums, but not precisely the same. The ones on the forum I work for work the same, but look different, for example.

You forgot the add the [ to color and you also need a / for both the last 'color' and 'spoiler'. Also, you'll need another [/color] to close off your second color tag, but... I don't think that'll affect anything anyway.

Simply, you need this [/spoiler] and this [/color] at the end of the text if you want it to work.
