Ah, I remember when I first got into yaoi. I started out on Yu Yu Hakusho, Kurama X Hiei was my original introduction into the M/M anime world.

Actually, Kurama X Hiei happens to be the only pairing I hate. I don't like how artists portray Kurama; I just feel that he loses his nobility. I'm not a big fan of YYH yaoi at all, though I can tolerate YusukeXKuwabara.

Back On-Topic: I can tolerate any yaoi pairing in YYH as long as it's well-written. If any character is made girly, I hate it. Unless the character was girly to begin with.

Hiei/Kurama was what started my obssesion with Yaoi ^^ and I proudly say it is STILL my favorite pairing ^^. They are just so kawaii together xD *hugs Hiei and Kurama dolls that she wishes she had* Sadley the fiction can be writen rather poorly at times, though there are good ones. Mostly just read the smut ones these days xD.

Gah...I first heard of Yaoi when YYH came about. I USED to be a Hiei fan, but the fangirls KILLED him for me...I can't think of him as cool as I used to. I know he is hetero, seeing he loves Yukina, and as said, Kurama has his own loves too.

I blame this entire board's downfall on Matt. Just take a look at about every yaoi topic created here, and he's the one who caused them all to fall into huge arguments and flamewars. Think of it this way..if I were to go to all the yuri threads and make similar comments as he does, the same thing would happen, and I am assuming that you would probably lay most of the blame on me.
There aren't many new yaoi topics these days. Why bother creating and talking in them when you know he'll just come along and start another annoying flamewar? It's really, really hard to ignore him.

simply look at her post, unless you read it clearly, and see she has more than one post, it is in the same format as most spambots. Plus she isnt a familiar poster.

And they have spambots of everything these days, and with AN getting at least 2 a day...it isnt that hard to think it will happen

Just becouse he doesn't like seeing one of his favourite character's in a fangirls sexual fantasy doesn't mean he's homophobic. seriosly every damn arguement involves sexuality with you whether it be sesshoumaru saying rabid fangirls ruined Yu Yu for him or desslock posting about OOC fanfiction (which btw had to be monitered by a mod becouse of all the trolling) just becouse someone doesn't wanna see 2 guys have sex doesn't mean they are homophobic it just means they don't wanna see 2 guys have sex. Anyways i have no intention's of keeping this going after seeing the desslock thread and haveing some friendly advice given to me from someone more "experianced" in this, becouse i know it will never end. i just suggest you lay off picking on everyone and turning every topic into a "omg everyone intollerent of sexuallity" debate.

Not exactly, to me more often then not ppl from both partie's are equally responsible. For example if you did post something in the yuri post's that bothered some ppl a yuri fan who did nothing but harass you and keep the arguement going taking jabs at and calling you "intolerent of lesbians" and other aggressive post's just becouse your not a fan of yuri is just as guilty from my point of view. someone may start the fire but others can fuel it. but of course this is just my point of view all im trying to point out is sometimes there's fault on both sides. (when i said "aggressive fangirls" i wasn't calling you one just so ya know. sry if it sounded that way)

No....YYH isnt YAOI anime, and I am HIGHLY anti-slash whether is gay men or women...IF they were gay in the true story, let it be. I hate slash with a dire passion, don't stick me in with them, thats it....

Either way, I don't like seeing Hiei as gay and that ruins YYH for me...I was so pissed off -_-... I am being fair though, I feel the same way with Sailor Moon girls for example...slash them, I get rip **** O.o... oh well... do what you want, just dont accuse me of such blasphemy -.-.
