even if you don't gonna give ya one... nice eyes but the ears and hair are to flat... need to add some shading into the hair to make it look more real with the face...and if you angled then ears back then it would be a better front look

Ears stick out too much as well, hair put more detail into individual strands and don't block colour. I think the face is too circular, define it more, look at the jaw for example. Necks don't become thinner at the top, nose eyes and mouth are nice though. ;)

I believe the lips are a bit too low. I like the hairstyle. Veeeery interesting.
