2. Sephiroth (FF7) That One Winged Angel is by far the hardest foe in all of gamedom to beat IMHO
3. Princess Caliegh (The Bard's Tale) A princess in distress turning out to be the queen of hell herself...litterally. If I was the Bard I would have stuck with the widow in the Drunken Rat :P
4. Nobanuga (Onimusha 3:Demon Siege) Yet another bad-assed boss and one hel of a hard guy to beat
5. Lord Darcia (Wolf's Rain) Ok, this guy's not game related, but you can never really tell who's side he's really on.
6. Ashram (Record of Lodoss War) This guy is just an all out outstandingly well-made villian/hero (villian to you, hero to his people) My favorite quote: Light...or darkness. between you and I, all will be decided.

Luca Blight (Suikoden II) - Luca is a bloodthirsty madman who is heir to the throne of Highland.

Raiden (Dead or Alive) - invaded the Mugen Tenshin Ninja Clan camp to steal one of their secret arts. Rapes Kasumi's mother who gives birth to Ayane, making Kasumi and Ayane half sisters.

Lavos (Chrono Trigger) - Alien thing that threatens to destroy the world.

The Three Wise Men (Odin Sphere) - three pain in the arse mages that want to see the entire world destroyed based on an ancient prophecy.
