You can email them about that and ask for a replacement copy. I did that with the copy they sent me of Chobits Vol. 2 (the pages were yellowing), they're pretty good with making sure the customer is satisfied.

I do like it but it's not as good as Ouran and there's only two books out since it's on hiatus so Bisco Hatori can focus on Ouran.

For her first published work it's not terrible but it feels like she's forcing the vampire and Chiyuki's relationship; there really isn't a valid reason why they like each other and she has somebody breaking a window or Chiyuki getting injured far too frequently. There's some cute moments and I really like Yamimaru, the vampire's bat helper.

It's certainly not a manga everyone's going to like so I'd suggest trying to read a little of it in the store.

I really hope they do that as well, you gotta love those slipcovers. I've really been surprised by Viz's quality in their Signature line and also what their doing with Ikki. I really hope they do that as well, you gotta love those slipcovers. I've really been surprised by Viz's quality in their Signature line and also what their doing with Ikki. I used to really dislike Viz and their horrible edits but they're really turning around (at least in their more mature series).^_^

jup, exactly, I didn't have a lot of Viz products before I discovered their signature line. Besides evangelion, dragon ball z and rurouni kenshin, everything I own from Viz is from their signature line.

I found this Dutch internet store selling books, CD's, comics and manga, turns out they had TONS of OOP stuf ( to name a few: Benkei in NY, Panorama of hell, domu, akira, adolf, orochi, Strain and Sanctuary complete, etc... ), I was freaking stunned, this was like heaven, IF I get the books that is.

pretty much yeah. France publishes a sh*tload of manga each year, but you have to be fast because they tend to get OOP pretty quick, but then again, they have been publishing manga at a much faster rate than america since 1995.

They used thinner paper in that volume, I'm pretty sure they're going back to the paper they originally used or at least thicker paper. Kind of dumb on their part to experiment with new paper on such a big release as Berserk.
