First Ranma TV DVD Announced

Viz Video has announced that the first episode of their sixth season of Ranma TV episodes, Random Rhapsody: The Way We’re Not, will be released on both VHS and DVD on June 19th, with a retail price of $29.95 for 3 episodes. The official announcement states only that the DVD version will be English dubbed. For the past several years, Viz has maintained a schedule of releasing the subtitled version of new episodes several months after the release of the dubbed version. There has been speculation that the Ranma TV DVDs will be dubbed only, but, to satisfy the widest possible market of consumers and fans, the Ranma TV DVDs will most likely be bilingual.
