eOne to Produce Live-Action Black Jack TV Series

Deadline reports that Los Angeles/Toronto-based production company eOne (Entertainment One) has acquired the rights to create a live-action TV series based on Osamu Tezuka’s medical suspense manga Black Jack. The late Osamu Tezuka’s classic 1973-1979 Black Jack manga follows the medical adventures of a genius but unlicensed surgeon.
