Second Letter to Momo Trailer Released

Kadokawa has unveiled a second, far more revealing trailer for creator/director Hiroyuki Okiura’s forthcoming motion picture Momo e no Tegami (A Letter to Momo). Okiura spent seven years planning and producing the film, his first since 2000′s Jin-Roh. The film from an all-star animation staff at Production I.G will hit Japanese theaters on April 21.

Best trailer I’ve seen since the Summer Wars announcements. This looks exceptional!

    I hate to admit it, but “Ghibli already makes plenty of these” is my gut reaction, even though I’m sure the movie will be nice.

    And then I watch Shinkai’s new movie which turns out to be a painfully thorough Hayao Miyazaki rip-off
