MajiKoi Anime Announced

Pony Canyon will be financing the production of an anime TV series adaptation of MinatoSoft’s adult visual novel harem game Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!! Anime studio LARC will animate with Keitaro Motonaga (Katanagatari, School Days) directing. Katsuhiko Takayama (Ga-Rei Zero, Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru) will write, and Mayumi Watanabe (Freezing, Yoshinaga-san’chi no Gargoyle) will handle character design.

MinatoSoft’s adult PC games Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de and Tsuyokiss have previously been adapted into anime television series also.

    It’s hard for me to like shows with large casts (because usually the characters don’t stand out enough to be memorable) but this looks funny and the action might be good.
