Get Sucker Punched
This isn’t anime, but any anime fan that isn’t just a little bit intrigued by the first trailer for director Zac Snyder’s next picture, Sucker Punch, isn’t an anime fan.

I do think Hack Snyder’s an anime fan, though, ‘cus 300 totally used that multiple arrow scene from VHD: Bloodlust.

Well it´s a little too clear that Snyder is into anime and manga…
but he´s “version” of everything he has been kindly borrowed from is soo Hollywood vulgar!
It´s like a forced mix of Coyote Ugly and Casshern… I´m not totally disgusted by this but i´m a little sceptical.

GATS, wouldn’t 300 the movie use the arrow scene from 300- the book?
I don’t know if he’s a fan of Anime, but Sucker Punch is such a grab of all sorts of action cliches from around the world, including Japan

I love how the trailer opens in Brattleboro, Vermont. I’m only 10 minutes away!

One of the AWO podscasters had an anecdote about some guy they knew calling the Watchmen movie the “best anime ever”.

Now that I think about it, getting a closer shot of that poster reminded me of Pumpkin Scissors.
