This is ridiculous. Hunter files this suit 7 years after the fact? What is his justifiction in this? It would have made a lot more sense to cause a stink when the film was just released, when people would have cared. Suspicious doesn't even begin to describe it.

His accusation of across-the-board racism is both sickening and ironic. There's not debate in this: Dannez Hunter is clearly a racist who feels entitled to whatever he wants because previous generations treated black people like sub-humans. Welcome to the 21st century, Dannez: you're not being discrimated against. Even if Tarantino did "steal" your idea, he would have done so regardless of the color of your skin. If this is true, shame on him and a lawsuit is justified, even if it is 7 years too late.

In either case, way to play the race card and spark an issue where there wasn't one, Dannez.
