New Look at Live Action Gantz

Spanish language fan site celuloidemutante has compiled a selection of promotional images (more here) for director Shinsuke Sato’s currently filming live action pair of movies based on Hiroya Oku’s sci-fi action manga Gantz. Please note, the images contain mild nudity.

    Looks like they emo-fied it. Grrr….Not that I actually keep up with the manga anymore, but still…

    Gantz was already pretty emo.

    Both the manga and the anime thrived on shock value, but I hope that the movie doesn’t follow the same path.
