Tekken Movie Trailer Hits

British online retailer Play.com has unleashed a full trailer for the live action Tekken motion picture. The movie will get a Japanese theatrical release in March and hit DVD in the UK on May 4.

I’m a bit disappointed to see all of the fighting limited to strictly two arenas, but at least the character recreations look accurate without looking ridiculous.

    Wait, did they even show Heihachi Mishima at all? I thought he was in the first scene, but I’m not sure.

    Yes. He’s being played by Cary Tagawa. Notice the old man with the white hair pontificating? That’s Heihachi. Sorry he’s not ridiculously buff, but where are you gonna find that? Maybe Bolo Yeung, but I think Bolo’s even older than Cary by now.
