Episode 0 was already released on DVD earlier. From Volume 2 on, each volume will contain 3 episodes. There'll be 4 volumes in total. And yeah... this is basically the same as the first season, except that they're releasing the Blu-Ray from the get-go (thankfully), and they're putting 3 episodes per disc over 4 volumes (the way the Blu-Rays were released) instead of 2 per disc over 6 volumes (the way the DVDs were released). Actually, if you compare the prices, the Blu-Ray box for the first season cost 33,600 Yen, and the total of these 4 volumes will be 33,939 Yen.
