Critical Mass Acquires New Titles
Critical Mass has announced a June 30 release for three new adult anime titles.
Angel Blade volume 1, formerly distributed by Anime-18, will contain episodes 1 & 2 (out of 3). The bilingual DVD will retail at $24.99.
Crimson Climax: Cursed Beginnings, formerly distributed by Anime-18, will contain episodes 1 & 2 of the 3 episode “Hotaruko” OVA series. The bilingual DVD will retail at $24.99.
Destined For Love: The Promise will contain the first of the two 30 minute Futari no Aniyome OVAs. The bilingual DVD will retail at $19.99.

Anime as a whole is becoming NSFW.
One has to wonder how much longer until Hentai is the only anime left put out anymore.

That’s a pretty piss-poor attitude. You might as well say, “Eventually the only live-action TV shows and movies that’ll get made will be pornographic.”
Ero/Hentai is only a fraction of the anime produced in Japan, and domestic [Japanese] demand for regular anime will always overwhelm demand for ero.

Sorry for any offense, but we considered the Angel Blade image safe for public view because there’s no exposed nudity. That pink isn’t nipples; it’s heart shaped pasties.
