Lupin vs Conan Site Launched
Japanese broadcaster NTV has launched a web page for its upcoming Lupin the Third vs Detective Conan TV special. Not much there right now, but it’s still a neat key visual.

It seems it’s being implied that Conan “WILL” catch Lupin, and if that’s the case I think that is something we shouldn’t find out until we actually watch the movie. As much as I like Conan, I really don’t think he should catch Lupin. It’s just not Lupin’s style to be caught by ANYONE no matter who it is!
Regardless though I’m excited and I cant wait to see it.

Lupin’s been caught a number of times between the movies and TV series; it’s just he usually either lets himself be caught to pursue a greater goal or manages to escape easily enough to make the capture moot. Conan might catch him, but they’ll have a hard time keeping the third generation thief captive.

I can also see Lupin slipping away. After all, many years have gone by and Conan has still never apprehended Kaito Kid.
