They're all screwed, but Funimation is more because of the fact that their parent is not going to survive much longer. This is not long after a statement in which Funi's parent, Navarre (which has already been bankrupt once, about a decade ago), said that cuts across the board were needed, on top of terminating their BCI division. R1 is doomed, and R2 Japan is not far behind. I just want one more opportunity to say goodbye to the people behind the talent which I see there when this happens. This is why even Funimation is doomed. They’re all screwed, but Funimation is more because of the fact that their parent is not going to survive much longer.
