I've always thought that Cyber City OEDO 808 was funny because of how absurdly violent it was. Other than that though; you can pretty much always find a hentai production (regardless of what decade it was produced in) that will make you snicker and blush because of how ridiculous it happens to be. Lord knows there are plenty of them... Shinesman is hilarious… even if it was mean to have been so.
