		<description>The Go Nagai movies and manga suggest that at least the animated 70s versions exist in the same universe. 

As far as cameo's go, almost everyone appears everywhere when it comes to  Go Nagai. :)

There's also Dunbine and Garzey's Wing. Possibly Wings of Rean.</description>
