Ask John: What Anime-Based Games Are Available in America?

Question:
If you could, can I have a list of anime-type or anime games released in the US in English? Like Pokemon and Lunar for examples.

Answer:
For the sake of convenience, allow me to restrict my list to console games that have been released in the US. I’m sure that this list is incomplete, but it’s the best the staff here at AnimeNation have been able to come up with. Since you’ve mentioned “anime-type,” which could almost qualify any game made in Japan, I’ll narrow our list to games with anime sequences in them. And I’d also like to mention that the Vampire Hunter D 3D Playstation game and the Sorcerous Stabber Orphen 3D Playstation 2 game are both scheduled for release in the US before the end of the year.
