AD Vision Announcements from Anime Expo

At this past weekend’s Anime Expo convention, AD Vision announced plans to distribute the Superdimensional Fortress Macross television series. The series was originally released in America by AnimEigo, and was announced for re-release by Harmony Gold last week. ADV expressed a desire to create an English dub for the series if circumstances allow. There has been no clarification yet if AD Vision’s Macross release will be a re-release of AnimEigo’s version of Macross or a new master and/or translation.

The entire Neon Genesis Evangelion television series will air on the Cartoon Network. Showtime will broadcast Chrono Crusade and “Peacemaker.” G4 will broadcast Colorful.

AD Vision announced plans to re-release the Sakura Dairies Collector’s Edition in a new bilingual version.

AD Vision has dropped its license of the Tactics anime television series.
