Individual prize: Hiroyuki Okiura (director of Jin-Roh)
Best cinema production: Card Captor Sakura movie 2 – The Sealed Card
Best TV series: Infinite Ryvius
Best computer package: Shen Mu, First Chapter (Dreamcast)
Best computer package network: Pocket Monster Gold & Silver
Special prize: Shigebaru Shiba
